This is one of the better textbooks I've read. The information is straight forward and very useful to know. I'm very happy I bought this book because I will reread it. The only thing I dislike is the way the case studies are put on the page. Their look location is all over the place! This is something editing should have caught. That's the only issue so overall it's a great book.
