Energy is the battery for all of our thoughts and behaviors. When we’re doing what we feel is important, there is strong motivation to keep going and to feel proud and validated when we accomplish tasks.

Short, concise, and brief

Wow! By far this is the most "fluffless" book I have read on the subject of productivity. The recommendations are clear and actionable without the usual anecdotal mess. Thank you, Peter Hollins!

Quick and useful read. I am going to explore cold therapy and give it a try. I listened to the audible version and it took some will power to continue listening to the monotone voice of the narrator.

The author Pete Hollins has a background in psychology. The book provides scientifically accurate advice for increasing one’s level of energy. The book is short but very much on the point. Although the information provided is scientific, the author presents it in an easy to understand manner for a general audience. In addition to that, the advice provided is implementable. So, I would recommend it to anyone interested in finding new ways to improve their energy in day to day life.

It is a great book. Though, there are some points where the reader can feel disconnected from the author's ideas.

The book was well written and easy to understand. Hollins used a review at the end of each chapter that helps the information sink in. I enjoyed the book and learned a number of things.
