OK this volume was amazing! I am so happy that we were able to get more character development and more plot development outside of the sex scenes. There is an interesting twist or plot development that takes place during this volume. It really shakes up the relationship between the two characters and forces them to really address whether they have emotional feelings for each other in addition to their physical attraction. I think that it is a charming series but also really smutty which works very very well. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about the rest of the series but I’m really enjoying it.

I loved volume 2! Still lots and lots of steamy scenes but I do think the plot came along a bit here. This one gave me some heart tugs and feels even though it's fairly predictable.

We have a bit of jealousy going on here that is resolved in this volume. We also have Ryo possibly moving overseas and Souma struggling with losing her. I was ready to push Souma when he keeps everything inside instead of telling her. TELL HER TELL HER! Great addition to the series though.

Die Geschichte von Ryo und ihrem Feuerwehrfreund Souma geht mit Band 2 in die nächste heiße Phase!

Bereits in Band 1 hat man gemerkt, dass die beiden mehr sind als nur Freunde. Doch nun sind sie Freunde Plus. Und da erlebt man als Leser so einige heiße Szenen. Souma bekommt Unterstützung von seinen Kollegen, damit er endlich den Mut aufbringt, zu seinen Gefühlen zu stehen. Und Ryo? Was empfindet sie für Souma? Schließlich ist Souma als absoluter Playboy verschrien…

Die Beziehung der beiden entwickelt sich tatsächlich in eine andere Richtung weiter. Damit hätte ich so schnell nicht gerechnet. Aber immerhin gab es ein klein wenig Drama um Ryo. 😉

Mit einer starken Prise Erotik und Humor wird hier die Geschichte der beiden in unzensierten Bildern erzählt. Der Zeichenstil ist wirklich sehr gut. Aber aufgrund des starken erotischen Charakters des Mangas kann man wirklich nur von einem 18+ Manga ausgehen. Dennoch finde ich die Entwicklungen unheimlich interessant. Zumal die Charaktere sich hier auch weiterentwickeln. Womit ich ehrlicherweise eher weniger gerechnet habe. 😅

Wer auf sehr erotische Mangas steht, dürfte mit dieser Lektüre gut bedient sein. Ich finde sie – ungeachtet des erotischen Charakters – fesselndt und es interessiert mich sehr, wie sich die Beziehung zwischen Souma und Ryo entwickeln wird. Leider ist Band 3 bisher nicht in Sicht… 😭

Though the second volume corrects some issues around the type of pleasure being given, the consent issue still abounds. In fact, in addition to the normal consent issues of not listening when she says "no", there is a scene where she is clearly drunk too. Add some new issues of the woman not pursuing her dreams because of a man in her life and you have a real gem of winner here.

I think I finally get what was really bugging me about this manga series since volume 1. The main thing truly keeping me from loving this smutty series is that sex feels so transactional.

As an ace person who loves reading smut, I’m not a fan when things feel transactional. The sex between these two felt transactional so often because Souma keeps pushing the issue because he thinks it’s all he can get from Ryo, Ryo keeps paying lip service to not thinking it’s the right thing while internally thinking she likes it, and both of them kept refusing to talk about the issue further. So, it didn’t feel like tension between them. It just kept feeling like a transaction where they were trying to get what they could from the other.

Hopefully, this will change in volume 3 since Souma and Ryo finally talked things out. I’m rooting for their relationship to improve, or for them to have different challenges, now that the biggest point of miscommunication has been resolved.

P.S. The artwork in this keeps being amazing! I really love just looking at it 😂 I just hope I can start becoming more invested in the actual relationship of Ryo and Souma.

I actually liked this volume a lot more.

For one we get a actual story this time around. Seeing Souma feelings grow beyond just messing around with Ryo is nice. Ryo also grows as a character as you get a deeper look at her work life and what she does. I liked the sex scenes felt more inclined with the story this time instead of random. These people are extremely horny but I can relate so it's all good. I wonder now that they're together so soon where we go from here but I'm intrigued. A 4 out of 5.

This volume was even better than the last one. I love how Ryo and Souma's relationship develops in this volume. I also love how this one doesn't follow the typical tropes some Romance Manga do. Smutty to the max, sweet as syrup, and plenty of abs. This is a must read if you like 18+ material.

The cover has the two main characters on it. The intended reader is someone who has read the first volume, likes josei manga and romance manga. There is very mild foul language, sex and sexuality, and no violence in this manga. The story is told from third person close of the two main characters. There Be Spoilers Ahead.

Review- A very satisfying second volume. My problem from the first volume which was lack of honest communication was dealt with in this volume. Ryo gets a job offer that would take her away and Souma has to decide if he is going to tell her his feelings. To me that is the most important part of this volume and it is handled well. Ryo does what she thinks is best for her career while also being honest with herself about what she feels about Souma. Souma tells Ryo that she means more than just friends with benefits to him. A good volume and I am interested in where their relationship is going to go.


I give this volume a Four out of Five stars. I get nothing for my review and I bought this manga with my own money.

Alright, so I waited until after volume 2 to do a full review of this series. I just wanted to give the manga a fair shake.

Let me be clear: This is my FIRST time reading a Josei manga and my FIRST time reading one with heavy sex in it. The usual that I read are horror and high school "sweet" stuff, so when my volumes arrived wrapped tightly in plastic, I knew I would be reading something HOTTT.

The first volume quickly introduces us to Ryo and Souma. Souma is a HOT fireman and a longtime childhood friend of Ryo. Ryo tries to get Souma to hook up with girls and go to mixers but she does not realize he wants her...he wants her bad! So volume 1 moves fast to Ryo's apartment catching fire and Souma rescues her and offers to let her live with him and WHAM! They hit it off with graphic sex scenes and all. I mean truly graphic...

It does not stop there. They "hit it off" even more and to be honest I was shocked, but the images were pleasant.

I understand some readers were not looking forward to that much smut so if you are not into that, please do not read this series and then proceed to score it low in reviews. Please SKIP.

Now, the 2nd volume introduces a bit more backstory and I liked it very much. We learn more of Ryo and Souma's childhood, meet her parents and there is even a "suspiciously hot guy" introduced in the manga too. I enjoyed how there was a little bit of tension/conflict between Souma and Ryo, further fleshing out the characters' personalities and motivations a bit more.

Anyhow, I enjoy the funnies at the end of the comic and the artist's hard work. The artwork is truly amazing. Such skill!

Ryo und Souma sind nun zwar zusammen, halten es aber vor ihren Freunden und Eltern noch geheim. Es kommt zu einigen Eifersuchtsszenen und kleinen Dramen, aber ehrlich gesagt geht es zu etwa 70 % in dem Manga nur um das Eine. Das wird allerdings so gut und unzensiert gezeichnet, wie in keinem anderen Manga. Also die Mature-Warnung sollte man definitiv beachten!
Auch wenn es hier nicht viel Handlung um die Beziehung und die Erotik drumherum gibt, unterhält mich der Manga bzw. die Reihen sehr. Umso nerviger ist es, dass man Teil 3 nirgends für einen angemessenen Preis bekommt. So ging es mir lange Zeit mit Band 1, aber der ist nun komischerweise seit einiger Zeit gut erhältlich. Ich hoffe sehr, dass dies dann auch mit Band 3 bald der Fall sein wird.
Meine Review zu Band 1 könnt ihr hier finden, falls er allgemein ein wenig zur Handlung und meinem Ersteindruck zur Reihe wissen wollt.
Der Zeichenstil ist wie schon bei den letzten malen wieder sehr gut. Die Chemie zwischen Souma und Ryo stimmt einfach und auch wenn Souma weiterhin so dominant bleibt, so wird Ryo in der Beziehung doch deutlich aktiver und selbstbewusster. Das gefällt mir sehr. Ich genieße wirklich, die beiden in ihrem Alltag und in ihren Interaktion miteinander zu beobachten.
Nun muss nur noch Band 3 bald erhältlich sein.

A ver, en realidad, muy bien. Sigue saltando de kink en kink y de cliché en cliché. Además, se nota (y se nota mucho) que esto era la parte prevista del manga. Prácticamente cierra la trama en el último capítulo (y se puede dejar de leer ahí y, al menos por ahora que he leído hasta el 5, es hasta aconsejable). Es, de hecho, un cierre muy bonito en el cual han enfrentado el escollo que ha articulado todas las escenas porno de ambos tomos. Me ha gustado.

I was enjoying this until I caught myself wishing for more plot and less smut to the point of me skipping sex scenes because it felt tiresome. I don't know how to properly explain this. It's a first time for me to wish for less smut and more plot. I suppose this is simply not for me... The character designs are FIRE though!

So, I think of what happened was that after Ryo's apartment complex gets burned down. She moves in with her childhood best friend. Of course he can't keep his hands to himself and takes an advantage of her and start teasing her. But little by little I think they start dating during this volume. I really like their relationship.
