Commentary: This was a cute second-chance (of sorts) with the nerd who's had a glow-up and come back for the popular girl, who thinks she's not as good as she was because she's gained some weight - don't worry, he really seems to like it! Jared was a total stalker, but what else would you expect from a tech magnate who really wants his high school crush to be his first?

The youngest Blake brother, Jared, and his dream girl, Krissy.
I love a good second chance romance and this book did not disappoint. Jared and Krissy weren't high school sweethearts, but they both liked each other back then, but due to some unfortunate circumstances nothing progressed.
Okay so I loved the entire book and how they rekindled their young love and were able to make it work, but the quick resolve did ruin it a bit. I might be in the minority here, but Krissy was so mad about Jared's deception and decides to leave him and go home. However, Jared being the alpha-male like his brothers he didn't let her go back home alone, which is where he reveals his surprise. Now this is my problem she goes from super mad to I love you so fast you would get whiplash; I would have believed it more if she had taken a day or maybe a few moments and explained to Jared why she was mad or why his actions were a big no-no. Basically he shows Krissy her dream studio and boom he's forgiven with no repercussions or rules for the future.
Other than that I enjoyed the book and epilogue was cute. I would have loved an epilogue showing all three brothers and their families to see how everything turned out for all of them.

Sweet Series End
Hope is really dazzling me with these Blake Brothers and did you see this cover?!! Stunning.
I absolutely adored that Jared was a shy, bumbling/awkward, sweet and caring guy. Sure he is a muscled hunk now but he spent his youth being nerdy and shy...he never lost those qualities and I think they make him ideal book boyfriend material.
Krissy had been the popular cheerleader in HS and now finds herself unsure of herself and her curvy full figure...but Jared is determined to prove that he loves her for who she has always been inside and he LOVES her curves.
When the opportunities arises Jared jumps at the chance to make Krissy his...lucky for them both that longtime crush goes both ways.
A sweet but steamy dual V story from Hope that left me saying "Aww" at the end!

I loved it. A real good stress-buster that is believable.
-Premise: The H(Jared) reconnects with the woman he has secretly loved since school- the h(Krissy), to hire her as the last-minute photographer to his brother's wedding.

-high school sweethearts
-obsessed stalker H
-nerdy H in school who transforms into a jock-like appearance presently(he has more than normal goodies *wink*)
-No ow/om drama
-Cute emotional hug in flashback. So I didn't feel like I missed out on their school connection.
-Thoughtful, vulnerable and respectful H
- Smart h who is NOT TSTL. Loved that she had a backbone. Former cheerleader and homecoming queen. Therefore she was a bit insecure to meet the H as a curvy BBW four years after high school.
-Epilogue: 3months later. Ends with h pregnant.

For me, the first half of the book was 5 stars and then it all went down hill. I love a double V story, loved the characters and was super happy when the only story was the love story. In these short books there isn’t a lot of time for added drama and she just tried to fit way too much into the second half of the book. If you’re going to add in some break up drama at least leave enough time for a reasonable change of heart. You can’t have her ready to break up because he’s been stalking her and meddling in her life without her knowing and then have the conclusion being him once again showing his stalking meddling tendencies but this time she’s not only okay with it but she’s ready to forgive him and take everything he’s offering. As a secondary complaint, the epilogue was stupid and unsatisfying.

Never been kissed is book three in the ‘’Blake brother’s’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Jared has had a crush on Krissy since high school but never made a move. Four years after high school ended and in need of a photographer, he calls Krissy. Krissy has always had a crush on Jared. When they are thrown back together, will they confess their feelings for one another?
The chemistry between Jared and Krissy is clear to see and I loved them together. They made a cute couple.
I really liked the ending and epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read.

I am just not sure, how I feel overall just yet. It sort of has, that creepy factor working, under the surface. At the same time, you can truly feel their love, for one another.
Jared, was the high school nerd, back in high school. Krissy, on the other hand, was the cheerleader. They both had a crush on one another, but, neither had the guts to tell, the other.
Here's the thing, four years have gone by, and Jared’s older brother, is getting married. Being good with computers and hacking for a living doing security work. Jared has been able to keep an eye out for, Krissy. Some might call it stalking. No, definitely stalking.

Just one of those short, sexy reads, which happens to fit in one of the featured prompts in this week's HEAathon.

Everything happens really really fast. I believe this book - because there was romance here - would benefit from another 10-15 pages.

Insta love that started in high for both the H and the h. Due to circumstances they never get together. The book joins them 4 years later. Now the ex- cheerleader and former glasses wearing nerd appearances have changed. They are both still the same at heart. A sweet double V story!

In the last week I've read 3-4 of your series. Your writing is easy and comfortable to read! Your books hit home because I've been married twice. Both times I knew within a day I wanted to spend my life with these women. The first on didn't work. My 2nd marriage is 6 years dating, 5 years married!

More proof that stalking is awesome as long as you're handsome and rich. And the erotica was just blah. It was bad enough to earn Ms Ford a spot on my never-again-authors list.

Computer Nerd and Cheerleader turned Photographer
Of the three books, I think I find this one the least believable. That's not to say I didn't enjoy it because I did. I just find it hard to believe that the "popular girl" had never been kissed before. I also think she should have reacted a little more strongly, or forgiven less quickly, to the climactic event.

A 'nother Short 'n sweet sensation. (4* for length) The writing pulls at your heart...makes you want to fight for love, and will make you not want to put the book down!!! I cant get enough of the characters. The emotion that you can feel through each page. The author lets you fall for the characters and I wish there were more stories about them or longer stories, as I didn't want to leave them.

Would have been 3 but I didn't like that she got over the fact that he kept tabs/stalked her that quickly and ik its a novella but still I think a time jump could be implemented like have her not talk to him for a few weeks and then have him do like a grand gesture and apologize again, then finally resolve. Just my opinion 🤷🏻♀️

Ummm he’s not sweet he’s creepy
Jared is a creeper. And a little off his rocker. I usually love hope ford books but I was so distracted by how much this guy creeps me out. I mean seriously don’t go to dateline for storylines. Run Krissy, run!!!
