Rescuing Reeve, Cassidy Kincaid #1 - Interesting with plenty of surfing for those who hang ten. The rest of the story held my attention and it was easy to finish. Another pass at editing would benefit the reader. 4*
Finding Izzy Ford, #2 - Fast-paced, interesting and easy to get pulled into the story. The story picks up a few weeks after the end of Rescuing Reeve. Easy to finish in one sitting. 4*
Exposing Ethan, #3 - Picks up five days after the ending of Finding Izzy Ford. If you ever wondered how stupid this supposedly smart woman actually is, this is the story. Her self-interest disregards laws and common sense; she plans her work and related projects but freezes with emotions and brain freeze when she stomps into action against criminals. What an idiot but this trait, stupidity?, makes this an interesting and fast-paced read. This lack of planning reinforces how out of her element she is and her naivety (for which we can blame the author, LOL). The question about her father is left hanging and there is no doubt, after the last chapter, there is another book to read. 4*
Cassidy's Crusade, #4 - The final book of the series picks up hours after the end of Exposing Ethan. Cassidy acts smarter in this book. The fast-paced, Interesting story lines answer most questions left unanswered in EE. Easy to read in one sitting. 4*
Her Final Mistake, Meg Dawson #1 - Interesting with good: characters; good dialog; and storylines. I was pleasantly surprised. 4*
Her Final Goodbye, Meg Dawson #2 - Interesting with intense moments. Good characters and many storylines. While not necessary, I recommend reading the first book in this series for greater enjoyment. 4*
Her Final Truth, #3 - Another interesting, intriguing addition to the series, which starts a month after Her Final Goodbye ends. Hard to put down with interesting characters and well written blending of the old with the new story lines. While a good read on it's own, the books should be read sequentially since there is a foundation continually being constructed with each story. I like the fact that Meg does not have a battling, disrespectful relationship with the law and that she does stop to think about consequences. Of course, sometimes it is just a thought. 5*
