For all people in companies that are embarcing on the LEAN SIX-SIGMA journey. Good book about how companies can leverage LEAN in IT & make it a much more effective and efficient department in the company. Explains how to apply the LEAN practices & help to move the company forward with problem solving thinking and innovation! It's always hard for organizations and enterprises to change, but LEAN thinking is a good change. It will help to standardize processes and eliminate waste and to improve your customer service and satisfaction both internal and external.
