After practicing Shamanism for 18 years I'm happy to report that this wonderful book (and the previous 2) helped me see the importance of retaining an 'empty cup'. I've learned so much and begun taking my practice to deeper levels. Much gratitude to Paul Francis.

I skimmed this book, but I didn't really see what it added compared to his previous books. Perhaps it was a focus on the middle earth, but I just didn't see the lessons to be learned this time around.
