Devotions for the Fall is a gorgeous, festive, seasonally inspirational devotion with a different theme for each day. The photography is stunning and Autumnally cozy. Each day, 40 in all, has a Fall theme, a Scripture, a related seasonal antidote that shares something Autumnal, along with a tie-in to a spiritual truth. It’s a delightful way to find growth and faith-based encouragement specific to the season.

What a calm, relaxing, comforting book! This is the book you need to read while in front of the fire, under a soft blanket, with a candle flickering, Frank Morgan playing, and a cup of tea nearby. My dog was cuddled next to me, snoring peacefully. The words, bible verses, and pictures took me out of this pandemic and into a place of calm, peaceful, retreat. I loved every page.

While not incredibly deep or scripture heavy, I loved the beautiful fall themes of the daily readings and the rich photos. I wound up reading in two sittings instead of daily. Looking forward to picking up again next year. Would make a nice "just because" gift.

This book is an absolute gem. It is beautifully bound and illustrated. The content is exactly what you would want in a devotion- part remembrance, part gentle exhortation, part peace and part comfort.
