There are many problems in this sloppy book. I doubt whether the author has actually prepared any of the recipes.

Regardless of my thumbs-down, I have not yet found any pressure cooking cookbook that is worth calling a cookbook.

I'm open to suggestions.

Most of this information is available in the Ball book

Meh...I'll keep my Ball book but will go to my regular sources to get what I need to pressure can

Great book with lots of hints, tips and some very good recipes. Very useful for someone new to canning. Helped to boost my confidence canning meat
