I stumbled across this book by chance and read it on a spontaneous whim. And I was very pleasantly surprised.
Louise Collins has enough talent to impress even in such a short story. The plot itself is rather flat and that's the only reason why it doesn't get 5 stars. On an emotional level, however, it was wonderful.
Levi is in love with his boss and the situation is absolutely impossible. His yearning and pain are beautifully shown.
Another needle-like dagger stuck into his heart. Not enough to outwardly affect him, but still felt, still another pain added to the wound in his chest. Being in love hurt more than cuts, slices, bullet holes. 🖤💔🖤
Unfortunately, there's only one sex scene in such a short piece, but it's pretty delicious if you're into BDSM and breath play.
“I want you to kiss me, to touch me, to fuck me. I want you to make me hurt, then make me better. I want to be in your bed at night, arms and legs tangled together, and I want you to dominate me, tie my hands and ankles and do as you please with me.” 🤤🖤🤤

It's like an intro into something I really really want to
read. But the book never gets published, we just get the
intro.
Can we please maybe have a redo on this one? Maybe add,
oh I don't know, 350 pages? Flesh it out a little?
Make it as epic as the vibe it gives?

En realidad un 2.5 ⭐
Me gusto pero no me encanto, tal vez sea porque es cortito pero en realidad siento que es un libro del que me olvidaria que lo leí, solo para pasar el rato, si hubiera sido mas largo y hubieran ahondado mucho mas en su relacion, hubiera sido increible.

Sera que esperaba algo más de este autor? Sus otras obras son de 10 pero no sé si se debe a que solo tenía 60 pag que me pareció demasiado insulso.
Creo que la historia y los personajes podrían justificarse todo como un "Sucedio porqué sí".

It's short, but entertaining. I liked the dynamic between the main characters, and the ending was good too. The little plow twist at the end was also interesting. The story had potential for more; I would have loved it to have had more pages because it could have been developed more thoroughly.
Even so, I enjoyed it and it left me wanting to read more books by the author.

He encontrado una nueva autora adictiva. Del tipo que me tiene permanentemente en tensión, -de la sexual, aclaro por si no me explico-. Historia demasiado corta para todo lo que se puede decir, pero muy atrapante y muy bien escrita.

Me gusto pero fue muy corto. Y no puedo tener una opinion ni ver ver como es su relacion si solo se muestra el punto de vista de levi y dialogos super cortos de greyson sobre su "cariño" o amor hacia levi. La historia tiene mucho potencial pero es muy corto, necesito mas capitulos
