Sneha Rathore, a fiery college dropout in her early twenties, is trying to build a life for herself but failing miserably because of a lack of financial resources. Her inheritance is her last hope, but she needs a husband to claim what is hers.
Atharv Sinha, her older sister's billionaire boss, has a proposition Sneha can't refuse—a temporary marriage for one year. She didn't see a problem with the arrangement until she started to get to know the man she married—a man with a golden heart and charm that could make any woman go weak in her knees.
It wasn't hard to fall for the man Atharv Sinha was, but did he feel anything for her? If yes, then can they have their happily-ever-after when there are so many secrets he was hiding from her? What about the people who want her gone from his life?
Poor writing style with no depth in either story or character
I thought several times about leaving this review.
Inws, writing style was bad.. No prologue or epilogue. No introduction, no closure, many topics were left without addressing it at later parts, no depth of characters, no emotional attachment nothing. It felt like draft copy than actual one.
Several things got combined in one, like mix of all --- eg, easy tiger, old man felt like a mix of some several other books, didn't see clarity and consistency in writing.
I m not opposed to LGBT concept at all, but if you want to bring such concepts/topic to indianized stories it needs more clarity and depth. No judgement here but it felt like book was first draft without much info like story outline.
Overall, I didn't like it. These are just my thoughts. Don't let my rating & comments effect your decision to pick, decide for yourself.
I felt like there are some crucial details missing that would have made this book a bit more interesting. Like when was the 1st time Arthav saw Sneha and decided to make her his wife. I felt like it wasn't the 1st time at her house for dinner that night. It feels like he knew her from way ahead. Also I thought Arthav was a lawyer since he was Renukas boss. Glad that the reason between Aryan and Arthav beef was cleared before the story ended. Also I more detail about that night in simla would have been burning.
It's a beautiful heartwarming live story. Atharv and his kind of love is something any girl/woman would ever ask for and the maturity Snaha shown was excellent. It was soothing in way to read the book. Iloved it though I would have loved to know how Atharv has come to know Sneha and decided she is The One for him. :) Grab the book and enjoy the story.
What an amazing story. I m so in love with it. Wonderfully written and described. Each n every part of the story has its charm. Atharva is my favorite character. Full of emotions and surprises. Specially the last part has so much to enjoy.
Nothing great about the story. Just a normal one but with well explained scenes that you almost can feel it for real. Just a time pass read. Nothing major though
