HARLEQUIN is another Shadowrun 1st Edition supplement that I really enjoyed. It has its flaws, not the least being the fact it centers around a David Bowie-esque elf Gary Stu that manipulates everything behind the scenes. The actual adventures are pretty good as they are mostly "normal" Shadowruns like assassinating an elvish hate group, robbing the equivalent of Random House, and dealing with a couple of ambushes. There's a rather unpleasant adventure where the "bad guy" elf has set himself up as a god in an Amazon plantation worshiped by the native peoples (and they use a real life name for them) but that's easily thrown away.
