Hunter and Amelia are the third couple to be paired off in the Bourne Bodyguard series and I liked this one very much. No OTT drama or angst and the MCs were really sweet together. The chemistry was also a lot hotter in this one than the previous books. The smexy times definitely show improvement, lol!
When Amelia's ex-stepbrother barges into her life with crazy accusations that she owes hims, she's scared but chalks it up to a one time thing. I am starting to sense a theme here with the heriones not taking threats seriously.
When her well meaning friends send Hunter her way to keep her safe, Amelia finds it very had to resist the big muscled bodyguard.
Hunter is considered the peacemaker in the group but that chances in an instant when he sees Amelia being targeted.

This is a fantastic story! I love this series by Mandy Morgan. I never wanted it to end.
Amelia's ex step-brother is bothering her even though he has been quiet lately. She doesn't want to worry any protection. Luckily her friends don't listen to her. They send over Hunter from Bourne Bodyguards. Hunter is intrigued by Amelia and knows that she is the one for him. Amelia sends Hunter packing but he won't let anything happen to her. They meet up one night at Cloud Nine which allows them to explore their connection. Will he be able to keep her safe?

Book three in the Bourne Bodyguards series but could be read as a standalone and the first book of the series that I have read. I really enjoyed the book. Amelia didn’t think that she needed a bodyguard but her friends thought that she did. Hunter was tasked to be said bodyguard and he was happy when he saw Amelia. The chemistry and attraction between them was coming off the pages. So good. Loved the story and I can’t wait to read Luna and Wyatt’s story.

Hunter Murphy is one of the Bourne Protective Services (BPS) men who is a former Army Ranger and served with the other man at BPS. He is known as The Peacemaker, as he would rather make peace then inflict violence. But he is fully trained and when he needs to he will bring it in what ever form is needed, including using himself as the weapon.
Amelia Clark is one of the lab techs at the local All Saints Hospital and works with her best friend and fellow tech Luna along with Lily and Blair, both nurses and have already settled down with their BPS men. In the previous book, Mason, Blair had walked into the lab to find Amelia being threatened by a scuzzy looking guy that turned out to be her former stepbrother (their parents are now divorced). Blair gave Amelia a card for BPS and told her to call which she did not. But Blair told and Hunter was sent to get more information and be Amelia's bodyguard. Amelia refuses by Hunter is not deterred. He may not start guarding her body that day but he does start investigating her stepbrother and does not like what he finds. Amelia and Luna go for after work drinks at Cloud Nine and when Hunter shows up they end up having a great evening together just talking and laughing, along with some drinking. When they shut the bar down one thing leads to another which leads to some very hot and steamy time spent between the sheets at Amelia's house. But Hunter will have to become Amelia's hero the next day when her stepbrother shows up again and things get out of hand.
This is another fast-paced, fun, OTT short story that is filled with a whole lot of goodness. It was enjoyable to read and had a nice epilogue which also gave some details on other characters. The next in the series is Wyatt and Luna..............two friends who are just keeping it that way even though it seems they may be fighting the inevitable, as there is just something about the men of BPS and the woman of All Saints that is like moths to the flame.

I really enjoyed this book. The characters are great and well developed. Enjoyed getting glimpses of the couples from earlier books (all are stand alone) while getting an entirely new story.

Amelia is a lab tech and she was worked hard to get where she is and earn the respect of others in the hospital. Her ex-stepbrother has turned up telling Amelia that she owes him. Bourne Protective Services sends Hunter to Amelia for protection in case her ex-stepbrother shows up again. She just needs to keep her eyes on her lab equipment and off Hunter.
Super sweet. No Om/Ow drama. a little angst, but it resolves well. I recommend reading this book.

Amelia has been having some trouble with her ex stepbrother Kyle. When Amelia’s friend sends Hunter a bodyguard over to protect her. After denying his feelings because she’s a client. After spotting her again at a bar he can no longer hold back. Sparks fly with these two. I really enjoyed this book. It is quick, fast paced and steamy. All things I love in a book. Hunter was sexy as hell. I am really enjoying this series. I can’t wait to read Luna and Wyatt’s story. I highly recommend this book.

Book 3 is as good as the first two in this series.And as we all know, all the guys from the Bourne Protective Services are to die for and Hunter is no different. We get the usual "girl is in trouble and she needs a bodyguard", but it's done amazing and it makes for a good read.

A captivating book three in the Bourne Bodyguards series! It is well developed, well written, and engaging with action, drama, humour, suspense, crazy stepbrother, and lots of steam. The characters are likeable; their chemistry is instant and off the charts. Definitely recommended!

Amelia was convinced she didn't need a bodyguard but her friends just wanted her safe. Her Stepbrother was out to cause her harm, but she didn't think he was really a threat. Hunter stepped in and made sure she knew he would be there whenever she needed him. He was half in love with her too so that was a plus.

Amelia didn’t need the problems her exstep brother was doing to her. But then she did meet Hunter because of it and turned out they were having the same feelings as the other one. Can’t wait for the next book Wyatt and Luna!!
