The Little Book of Game Changers: 50 Healthy Habits for Managing Stress & Anxiety — Jessica Cording/Narrator: Lesa Lockford (Check Your Vitals + 50 titled chapters)Nov. 18 - Dec. 22, 2023
A very good, fun, and informative book on ways to live a more healthier life. This book covers all faucets of life: nutrition, mental, physical, and even cleaning, both organization of household and house.
This was one of the better books and I recommend it to all persons who desire a more calming life and lifestyle.
If you are looking to make small changes and to adopt healthy habits this book is for you. Jessica shares not only healthy habits, but how simply you can make each change. This Little Book is well written, easy to understand and the recommended changes are easy to implement.
If this topic is brand new to you (healthy eating for stress), then this is a good book for you. If on the other hand you have a basic understanding, find a more complex book that explains the science and current research more.
