Desperate acts take desperate measures! Who knew they could lead to personal happiness? When a community exceeds national average for homlessness & statistics, what does that say about the community? Fintan Daire struggling to get the Den off the ground sends a letter to Mr Kolb presenting/offering an investment opportunity. He is facing pushback from Sanctuary. Amir Kolb decided to check Sanctuary out personally, before he agrees to invest. Khepri, his PA is advising caution. Sanctuary made National statistics for rate of homlessness and unemployment among Omegas as at nation-wide high. Not a good look. Amir did his homework and questions the Alpha/Omega representation of how Omegas are treated in Sanctuary. Was Sanctuary small, "because" of designation publication? Amir knows designation descrimination is not only bad for the people, but hinders growth for the town. He arrived as Finn was being discharged after being hit with a brick thrown through the club window. He is suffering headaches and memory loss. Amir feels an emotional connection to Finn. Will Amir help Finn? Will he act on the attraction he feels for Finn? This works as a standalone. But, the previous stories will add additional flavor to the wonderful characters. Absolutely delightful story. Amazing characters. Well done. I received an ARC from Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
