Good basics for starting to love your curly hair.

This book has a lot of good take a ways.

Hair basics
Definitions that will help you discuss your hair with professionals
How to figure out what type of hair you have
Basic do and don’ts for getting the best results with your hairstyle.

There are no products recommendations. Just types of products to look for and what they will do for you.

I really appreciated the honesty and helpful guidance at the end for self esteem tips. It makes you came away from the book with an ego boost and a better perspective.

Thank you Curl Ninjas for your professional viewpoint and expertise.

So this book won’t be winning any awards for writing but if you’re on any stage of your curly hair journey this is the enlightenment you’ve been craving. The way this novel is organized is top notch with science, quotes, and techniques all broken down into bite sized topics. The authors have managed to take an overwhelming topic and made it digestible. I’ll be recommending this to all my curl friends.

A Must Read for any who has a "love/hate relationship" with their hair!

Curly or wavy or straight - this book is for anyone who thinks they have more bad hair days than good. Introduces you to healthy hair tips, positive self-image, the dangers of obsessing over influencer hair and more. Thank you, Stephanie for helping me on my hair journey with this book!

I already knew all of the information provided in this book. It's a regurgitation of what has already been shared, for free, by many other haircare professionals. It is irritating that you cannot receive a refund for a useless publication.
