مجموعهٔ دنیای بزرگ کوچولوها

دیدن این عنوان بین قفسهٔ کتابهای دو تا چهارسال، حیرتزدهم کرد. :)
یه کتاب عملی فوقالعاده برای ذهنآگاهیه. برای بزرگسالا هم کاربردی و بامزهست. :٫)
شاید لفظ ذهنآگاهی یهکم گنده بهنظر بیاد ولی خیلی خوب و ساده توضیحش داده. اصلاً خود لفظ اینجا مهم نیست، مهم همون کارای کوچیکیه که میده؛ توجه به بدن و اطراف.

Maybe it wouldn’t be a 4 star book if there were other amazing books for littles on mindfulness, but so far, this is the one.
