This was a short quick read that I thought was good but I wanted more. This was the first book in a new series too me. This was also my first time reading this author. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

This is the first book of Autumn’s that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. You can’t help but fall in love with Nadia and Anders. I can’t wait for the second book Enthralled Wolf to be released on audible.

Lexi did an amazing job on the narration. I loved that she used different tones/voices for each character.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romances.

What a great introduction into this new series. Although this was a novella-sized book, the author packed in so much story and detail without it feeling rushed. I loved the intermingling of shifter species as well as the mention of other paranormal beings in this town, and it now has me intrigued as to what stories will transpire and what amazing characters we’ll meet. I do hope we get a little more of Nadia and Anders because although theirs was an instant attraction, I want to know more about their relationship and Anders position in the MC club.

Listened on audio: My first listen by narrator, Lexi Evans and It was a great performance! Lexi has such a smooth delivery which kept me engaged, and I thought both her male and female voices were distinguished enough to enjoy the different character POVs.

This is book 1 of the Ember Abyss Wolf Shifter Series. Its the story of Nadia and Anders. Nadia meets Anders after his motorcycle skids out on gravel. Anders is in the process of walking him and his bike back to town when he first spots Nadia in the forest on her daily jog. Nadia stops to help him get back to town to his best friends Ryan's autobody shop. Their they share a short kiss. Neither can seem to get their mind off the other. Soon after Anders is out for a drive and can sense something is wrong with Nadia, he pulls over and shifts to go help save her. I can't wait to read book 2 in the series. I received a free arc copy of the book and I am leaving an voluntary honest review.

This is a steamy QUICK read that can be read as a stand alone. This is the first novella in a planned future series. I enjoyed reading this novella and getting to know Nadia and Anders, they are both great characters. The story itself was a bit lacking in a few areas I wish had been explored more... it felt a bit rushed. Overall, this is a really good book and shows another side of shifters and how things could be. Thank you so much to Autumn and Raven for the free review copy. Although this is a short, quick-read wolf shifter romance, I found the plot quite interesting & entertaining with likable characters that have good chemistry.
There is: a alpha wolf shifter (Anders) & president of the Carved Flames MC comes into contact with a distrustful female deer shifter (Nadia) & the attractions flare, various kinds of shifters, mild drama, attractions, some action, attractions, longings, distrust, threats, some violence, confrontations, conflict, well-intended manipulations, declarations, contentment, love, mild steam & a satisfying conclusion.

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Ensnared Wolf: Wolf Shifters of Ember Abyss by Autumn Reign is the first book in this series. I enjoyed this quick, novella style read. I really wanted more of a back story for the all the characters, but that's just me being greedy. This sweet and sexy story (Mature Readers Only Please) takes off from the very first page. Loaded with action, drama, lust and sexy shifters, this read will pull you in and make your heart pound.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Once I started I could not put the book down from start to finish you just could not get enough left you wanting more twists and turns Nadia is a deer shifter is scared of men and Anders is a wolf that is the President of the Carved Flames MC Motorcycle club. The chemistry between them is intense hot and steamy with emotions that makes you want more.

A quick read...I read it in an hour! But it sure lunch time enjoyable!! A delightful quick read read...quick n to the point...hero meets girl; both catch that mating scent; bad guys throws a wrench into it; bad guy forces good guy into a fight; good guy wins...duh!; girl is bait then set free and both fall in love =) simplistic but the idea. It is a good read and good for a cold day to curl up with a blanket and a mug of something hot to drink! Enjoy!

I didn't realise when I picked this book it was a short story but having said that I enjoyed it still and it managed to have character development. I would have liked it to be longer though.

I liked the fact it was a shift book with a mix of animals and a deer too.

If you like a shifter romance and understand the obsession of a good coffee this is for you

3 1/2* This is real quick. 30 something pages. He's a shifter in a motorcycle club. He should have been a shoo in for alpha but he's being challenged by the bad guy. She's a very untrusting and shy recluse. He immediately wants her and she is attracted to him, but is too shy and scared to even try. Of course there is a hea. I would recommend this if you6re looking for a very short read.

I enjoyed this so much more than I expected. It’s a short story but packs a punch. In a world of supernaturals there’s always going to be one that wants to go against the grain. Anders knows Nadia is his mate and will protect what’s his. Such a sweet and hot story. I can’t wait for the next one now.

I loved this short story shifter book by this new author to me. Nadia had something happen to her when she was younger. This has left her afraid of men and a loner. Anders knows that he can help Nada with the love he has for her as his future mate. This is a stand alone book with more books to follow. This is a must read!❤

I loved this book, the fact that they were such different people, and yet still drawn to each other, Anders strong feelings to protect and Nadia having to learn to trust... to be lover and cared for like that with so much understanding is something not may people get to experience, I loved this book and will for sure be on the look out for more in the series..... its a must read,

Not a favorite of mine.

This book was not as well planned as others I have read. It moved too quickly and seemed like small stories pieced together with verbal tape.
The scenes were ok and at one point seemed it could become better than it turned out to be, however, the choppiness of the writing itself turned me away.

An excellent PNR novella. Her scars run more than skin-deep and has made her leery or males. With a hurt Shifter nearby can she swallow down her misgivings to lend a hand? The sweetest payout is Fate for it will not be denied. Good stuff overall.

I'm not sure how I feel about this book.

I loved the shifter element about it and the predator/prey pairing.

I think the book just went too fast, I didn't really connect with either character and really feel the mating bond between them other then they were looking for each other.

Anders and Nadia were great and I really quite enjoyed their story so much. When they meet they are both instantly drawn to each other and he knows she's his mate but has to go slow and convince her that's she's safe with him. So good.
