There is an older witch who just moved to town and Jolene decides to help her out for Christmas since she just arrived in Devil's Elbow even though she used to live here years ago. Jolene goes all out for her new friend but things just don't add up to what Jolene and her friends thought they should. It was a good book that kept you guessing until the end and even though Christmas has passed, it gives you that good Christmas feeling anyway.

Sweet and Simple

This hillbilly holiday novella was a fun little read. It has a nice holiday theme without being over the top. I loved all the characters and the reminder that it is the season to give and forgive.
