Você aprende sobre dinheiro na escola? Duvido! “Quando tinha apenas 9 anos, comecei a aprender a me tornar rico jogando Banco Imobiliário.
Robert Toru Kiyosaki is an American businessman and author, known for the Rich Dad Poor Dad series of personal finance books. He is the founder of the Rich Dad Company, a private financial education company that provides personal finance and business education to people through books and videos, and Rich Global LLC, which filed for bankruptcy in 2012. Since 2010, Kiyosaki was the subject of a class action suit filed by people who attended his seminars, and the subject of investigative documentaries by the CBC, WTAE-TV and CBS News. In January 2024, Kiyosaki revealed that he was more than $1 billion dollars in debt.
Olivia, Jared and I had already read this individually a year ago, but they wanted me to read it again. The younger two enjoyed it with us this time. I love the Rich Dad philosophies and my children enjoy their books and games as well. This is a great way to teach about money and how to be smart with money.
This book is in comic book form. The dialogue in it is not how I accept my kids talking. I edited some of it. None of it was bad per se, just not correct language and grammar. That is why I'm only giving it three stars. The book is a great foundation for basic money management principles.
Interesting story/lesson about money management aimed at middle school students. It is done in graphic art format, which would appeal to youngsters. The idea behind the book is teaching children how to manage money and to not always start out with out of sight expectations. You have to start at the bottom and work your way up and prove that you are worthy of advancement. Things don't get handed to you on a plate, you have to work for it. This was a review copy
A short comic book for kids designed to teach the fundamental tenants from the authors classic work rich dad poor dad. I listened to the audio book as I followed along in the paperback copy. It was completely finished in about 50 mins. I wanted to go through it for myself before I introduced it to my seven year old daughter. I think she’ll like this and with my help, she’ll actually understand it. Good book.
The comic book kind of story was cute but it is nothing more than what he says in all of his other books. Very short- make your money work for you by saving and investing in a variety of ways and keep an eye on new opportunities.
Great read for kids! Really breaks down the idea of how money works in a manner they can grasp and put to use. Can’t wait to have my son and daughter read this!
Informative and inspirational for those who are interested in earning a positive cash flow and starting becoming rich. Highly recommended for both kids and adults
A cute brief representation of "rich dad, poor dad". I liked it, it also "talked" the language of children. A good starting point, especially if you are young
Excellent summary of the original Rich Dad Poor Dad, but still a bit wordy and lengthy for younger attention spans. I enjoyed it and I recommend it to adults as well.
At one point, I felt myself checking my own finances to see if I was on the right track to financial freedom through asset-building versus liability-building! The reader
After I read this to my kids they totally understood what he was trying to teach them. I thought it was such an amazing book to teach even very young kids a different way to look at money.
