I saw him coming but that didn’t prepare me for the Reaper I found. He was so different from the little boy who haunted my dreams with his sad eyes and pleas for help. No—the man he had turned out to be was confident and cocky; willing to stand up for what was right. Saving him is my only way to save myself and I’ll do whatever it takes, including using my gifts as a seer. I come from a long line of women who can see the past and the future but this time, I’m afraid that the darkness will consume my visions and my only lifeline is Reaper.
Paranormal MC Romance Writer Supernatural, flirty, and a little bit dirty!
BE Kelly is a paranormal romance author who enjoys adding in her alter ego's love of MC! She loves all things witches, shifters and you'll maybe even find some vamps in her future! Check out other works by this author under the pen name K.L. Ramsey, for more MC, Menage, and even some contemporary romance.
This is the first book I've read by this author, I knew it was an MC book, didn't read the blurb and went in blind. It's fast-paced and I really enjoyed it.
⛔SOME SPOILERS⛔
Beth/Lizzy is a seer and she's seen a young boy continuously in her dreams since being a young girl, the young boy wants her to help him, but help him what? She knows he seems mad at the world and his name is reaper. Now she's face-to-face with her dream boy, but he's not a boy anymore, he's a fully grown hot broady man and he definitely needs her help, but will she be able to give him what he needs?
Reaper's stranded on an isolated road in no-man's land, his bike is dead and he needs to get to a different state. Lucky for him a gorgeous driver stops to help, she seems slightly crazy with what she has to tell him and she's everything he never knew he needed.
Will they get an HEA? or will a major problem get out of hand?
Next up is Tank, Reaper's MC president and he firmly has his eyes set on Lyra, Beth's sister.
Beth dreams for years if a little boy named Reaper but does not know who he really is. Now they found each other as adults... I would call it fate😍 Now they are off to save Reapers sister and the sparks fly between them the attraction is off the charts.Loved how they interacted with each other. Now I am hoping that the other side characters will get their own story as well.
this was a really great book! she saw him in her dreams as a scared little boy. now they meet in person for the first time. something bad happened to him years ago. plus she has a gift as a seer. read to find out what happens.
Fantastic read! Loved Chris "Reaper" and Beth "Lizzy"'s connection. She's a seer and he's a biker with a troubled past. Storyline was intriguing and I want to know what happens next with Tank and her sister. Paranormal twist was unique and interesting. Really loved how dreams played a big part in their relationship. Can't wait to read more!
DNF -quit by 28% The story was roughly put together & needed more work to make it plausible. The writing style felt very immature. It also needed a content editor to help smooth out all the repetitiveness (way too much repeating of stuff), and a proof-reader to get rid of all the mistakes. The flow was very slow, like nothing was going to happen any time soon. The FMC (Elizabeth/Beth/Lizzy) made stupid choices (like blurting out his name before introductions & then telling him she saw him in a dream because she’s a seer) that caused a lot of ramifications to how the MMC (Reaper/Chris) perceived her & reacted to her. Especially how she was treated all her life for having this “ability” -should have made her gun-shy to reveal that info & more cautious. He in turn reveals a whole lot of his past (abduction) to a total stranger, that didn’t seem like something he would do with it being such a sensitive subject for him. So that screwed up the story for me. At the point I quit the only “MC” part of the story was the bike he was riding when it broke down when she showed up to give him a ride. Any biker part of a club would always have a well working bike, or be laughed out of a club. Bikers pride themselves on their “rides” so don’t buy that his bike breaks down all the time like he gripes at before she shows up. There were no references to him wearing leather or having a patch or a “cut” to give any hints that he’s a biker. I don’t know when the “MC” comes into the picture since I quit, so for me it’s not a MC type book. I struggled way too much with this book and the plot, to want to continue.
At my age (approaching 60), life is way to short & my time is to important to force myself to read a book I'm not enjoying, especially when there are so many other books out there waiting to be read.
Elizabeth (Beth; Lizzy) has a special ability, but she is very selective with who she shares it with. Most people don’t believe her when she does share it, but when she shares her ability with the one man that she has been dreaming about for years, it takes a while before he believes her ability. She comes from a long line of them on her father’s side. Her mother didn’t believe in it and threatened to keep her from her grandmother who shared it with her.
Reaper is a man who is in need of help to get his life back as well as his sister back. The business that his father built is in danger of being taken from him by his father’s old business partner and best friend. However, he has no plans to keep the business as it once was since he has branched out and is now using the business for nefarious business. His only hope is to involve the authorities to help bring down Anthony Sr. He believes that Anthony Jr is involved in his father’s business and plans to take him down as well.
I enjoyed the story and the plot was interesting and full of suspense. Reaper and Lizzy’s story is entertaining, electrified, and easy to read. These two are so intertwined in their lives and are destined to find each other. Their story has heat, suspense, and characters that are easy to like, and I am looking forward to the next story in the series. I give this story a 3.5-star review and recommend it to readers who enjoy MC or paranormal stories.
Good looking tattooed men on the back of a motorbike... What could be better? For Beth there isn't a lot better than that. But when reaper is one of them and he is a guy she has been dreaming about for years. What she has been yearning for, for years, is dangled in front of her, someone or something in her world is finally pulling strings... so it all comes together.
Reaper has got his job cut out for him, fixing and saving his father's legacy from the violent dealings of his father's ex-best friend. Throw in some human trafficking and kidnapping and it's all about to get wild. But when he meets Beth on the side of the road and she knows his name his life is about to her even more complicated... In the best possible way.
The love story relys a lot on Beth & Reaper being fated/knowing each other before rather than connecting the characters during the story so it can feel a little disjointed at points. I know it's a short read so it's hard to get that additional connection in there.
I enjoyed the story even if Reaper threw Beth into the deep end by not explaining or sharing who he was with her before he got wild with her in the bar in front of his friends. I can imagine it wouldn't have gone down well for some readers.
It's short, fast paced and to the point. Not all questions are answered but they will be in the next ones, hopefully. It is a trilogy after all. So, be prepared to read all three books in short succession. I'm off to read the next one...

Elizabeth’/Beth’s from a long line of seers and was ridiculed for it by her family and classmates. During a dream, Beth and Reaper meet a beach, Reaper gives Beth a nickname she doesn’t like and leaves her with a cryptic message. Years later, circumstances make that dream a reality when Reaper’s stranded on his way to an important meeting and Beth happens past.
Reaper’s meeting a contact that can help him on many levels such as imprison his crooked business partner, Anthony, Sr. wound their textile business into a human trafficking ring, cheated Reaper, threatened Reaper’s sister and bullied his own son to help him to some degree. Meanwhile, Beth’s convinced her long ago dream means she should help Reaper through this as they make a connection.
To my taste this was a difficult read because of the leads and situations. Beth and Reaper came across as multi-personalitied instead of multi-dimensional, their situations much too blatantly contrived and the flow wasn’t smooth with pieces introduced, abandoned, repeated or continued amid other issues. And Reaper was too controlling, obnoxious and controlling for my taste. That said, the premise of the storyline intrigues enough that I will try the second outing. Rating: .2.5stars
I read other reviews on this book and I thought people were judging it harshly. But I REALLY didn’t like this. I’m so behind on writing reviews, but I got time for this one. I gave up on 52% because Reaper is an asshole and parts of his story make no sense. He’s explained why people call him Reaper and it still makes no sense. And Elizabeth is really only here because she find him attractive, not for any real drive to help people like she keeps saying. She seems so fixated in their relationship (which is founded on nothing but crazy attraction and insults), and at 52% the actual plot is no where to be found. Where’s the substance? The content? The actual story???? Reaper is honestly the worst romantic interest I’ve ever read about and I think these characters would be better if described as 16 and 17 year olds, not fully grown adults.
4.5 star read This was my 1st book by this author and I must say what an addictive read. Beth has been dreaming of the same little boy (Reaper) since she was 10 years old. When she finally meets Reaper it’s like fate has lead her too him. The instant connection and circumstances throw these too together for what is a very hot and exciting ride. The chemistry between the two is hot! Some great secondary characters in support who I can’t wait to read about. The story has a few twists and keeps you interested till the end. Although this is a stand-alone book... it is also part of a series. Cannot wait for book 2. A must read. I was given an arc for an honest review
This was the first book I've read by BE Kelly . And I really enjoyed it. It was a different kind of MC book where the female character has the ability to see into the future through her dreams. And has been dreaming of Reaper since she was a child. Her sister also has the ability as well. But for Reaper and Beth the connection is so strong that he is able to be in her dream and vice versa. It's a quick insta kind of love between these two because they don't officially meet until they are much older . But I loved the story line and the characters were great. And I'm about to start book two Tank which is about Beth's sister and little niece.
Reaper is the first book in the Reckoning MC Seer series and it was absolutely wonderful! Beth has a special ability, she's a Seer, and she has dreamt of the same boy, Reaper, since she was a young girl. Reaper is stranded, needs to get his sister back, and is in need of help. When circumstances bring the two together there's a connection between them and their journey begins. This story is filled with action, suspense, steam, it's exciting, sexy, and a definite must read! I can't wait for the next book in this series!
While I liked the concept of this book, Motorcycle club, and paranormal. At first I love the characters. Elizabeth "Lizzy" and Reaper. As the story quickly goes on, Reaper really needs a shot of confidence. In one part when Lizzy asks about Reaper's cut, she asks about his club's patch (Club colors) And Reaper said it was his club colors "for now" *BLINKS* HUH? I feel that BE Kelly did not do enough research into the MC world to properly write about them. Good concept but felt like a weak follow up.
Fantastic story, filled with loads of intrigue, plenty of twists and turns, action, sexual chemistry and romance. This book has it all thoroughly interesting characters, a great storyline, add in a motorcycle club filled with more than a few alpha males, strong independent feisty young woman who has a gift of second sight, add in sex traffickers, and the federal government and this is one book you won't want to put down.
This was a amazing story that had me captivated from the very start. It is a quick paced with very likeable characters in it. This is not typical mc but I really enjoyed it. The chemistry between these two sizzles throughout this story. This is definitely a must read.
Reaper is the first book in the Reckoning MC Seer Series by B. E. Kelly. Elizabeth (Beth/Lizzy) has to live with the fact that she is a seer and most people don't believe her. Reaper (Chris) is a biker with a disturbing past. I found the storyline and characters to be intriguing. I enjoyed reading this book. I am looking forward to reading the next installment of the series.
I love the way the author mixed the MC with the magical. Even if it took Reaper a little bit to believe Lizzy was a seer, it was great to see their connection. Their attraction was explosive and the fast-paced action and story-telling was just what I needed.
A fantastic start to a new series. The storyline was well written with great characters. There's such an undeniable connection between Reaper and Lizzy. This is one read you won't want to miss. It'll pull you in till the very end leaving you wanting more.
I feel like the crooked partner said something about Lizzy and her sister's abilities, why he asked Reaper about where Lizzy was being kept. I really enjoyed this and I can't wait to see what happens next.
This was a good start to this series. A bit slow and confusing to start with but you soon get into it. I am not a big supernatural can but this book was really enjoyable reading.
She's a seer and she's seen him as a child and he needs her now later in life. Reaper has a dark pass and belongs to mc but she's about to change his life.
This book was so breathtakingly good. Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down, I had to finish it..Now I want more..I can't wait for the next book.
Great story. Big fan of both MC and paranormal romance and this book has both. The chemistry between them was strong but the love scenes were a little soft for me.
Absolutely enjoyed this story. I truly enjoyed the other world elements of this story. The brotherhood and friendship. I highly recommend this story to others.
