Unbeknownst to them, they parked their ship right in the middle of Razier territory. Enemies and death surround them at every turn. Ivy escapes the death and destruction of Aster Bay only to be captured and held prisoner by ferocious cannibals. She is soon rescued by a handsome warrior intent on having her for his very own. But fate does not play well with others and she is soon torn from his side to face their enemies on her own.

Rachel Graduated with multiple degrees in natural resources, wildlife biology, and digital marketing. She is married to an Army Veteran, has 3 children of whom she and her husband homeschool, and she loves to work with her horses when she is not writing. Rachel is an avid outdoorswoman who loves to share her love for nature with her family during camping trips, swimming adventures, and hunting.

This is a bad habit of mine it seems, taking the 3rd book without reading books 1 and 2. It leads to confusion in this book. Mostly though, this book is good enough to read alone - I mean it is excellently written and the characters are fantastic. I just wish I knew more of the backstory. I am guessing that this is a fabulous series but cannot say that with reading the previous books. Yet I can say that I really was engaged in this story and enjoyed it immensely

Phoenix Strong is the third book in the Phoenix Series and is a great sci-fi action romance story. The characters are well developed, strong, and intelligent. Ivy and Malachi have a strong attraction to each other but will they be able to stay together or be torn apart because they are from different planets. The storyline is well written and engaging, with romance, drama, action, adventure, and a cliffhanger.

I am looking forward to the next book in this series.
