Gold Dust delves into the psychology of athletes and explores ways in which you, as a coach, can get the best out of your players. The authors lay down solid fundamental techniques that allow you to build long-lasting relationships with your athletes and motivate them to go above and beyond. The concepts—although directed at athletes—apply to people in general as well.

I'm not a fan of the writing style; in my opinion, the sentence structuring is poor, and there are a fair share of grammatical errors scattered throughout.

It's a short read, so if you can look past the writing, there is some gold dust to be unearthed—pun intended.
