I can't remember why I decided I needed to learn about Tina Howe's plays, but I remember enjoying each of these at least mildly. My favorit was "The Art of Dining," in part because it appeared that the playwright called for the couple who were proprietors of the fictional restaurant of the play to actually cook a meal each night of the production.
