In Bloom: A Poetic Documentary Of The Journey to Higher Self

Rate this book
In this collection of poems, written in sequence with the unfolding of the narrator, we explore all of the habits, thought processes, and love stories that must be eradicated in order to meet our higher self. "This world makes it so easy to forget ourselves. Our souls are screaming to be seen and felt and we stuff cotton balls into our ears to drown out the noise. We put poison into our bodies to combat the hunger."

Poetry is one of my favorite genres to read and write. So many messages found in a 3-5 sentence poem. The read was personal, affective and transparent. Author is talented writer and artist.

A beautiful depiction of ones spiritual and physical growth. Words that we all as woman can relate to in on way or another. It was vibrant and you can feel the healing process through the blooming process.

Finally I’m finished lol. It’s pretty good. Some really nice gems I took a screenshot of. It is really about love, loss, and self-discovery. I dig it
