Very flat. Not what I expected from her
Hoping the second installment is better than this one. Honestly all the excitement was in the beginning after the twins found out about their dad everything fell flat. There was no action, no big scenes. Just pretty much a story of the twins & Yaya & Kim going through the days getting acquainted and reacquainted with Pressure and the Diamond Mafia. There were some good parts but this could’ve been better. Now I will say it ended leaving us wanting more but I can’t say I didn’t predict something like this happening. When Darren mentioned how his cousin messed up his connection to the family I knew we wouldn’t see the last of him after Enzo put that beating on him. Hopefully the next one is better.

Uh oh 🙄
I knew it was something real fraud about Darren and I hope Golden is really done with him because him and his homies had to know that was the wrong move to make 🤦🏽♀️. Enzo lawd I can understand why he's pushing Gokden away, it's because he's seen it and it ended all bad plus she need to focus on herself anyway. Kappo and Sierra 🥴🥴 for starters she's already head over heels for him and he's still married. I just hope that he's serious about getting a divorce because if not it's not gonna be good for him either. I wonder what really happened between Pressure and Kim 🤔. Mister and Ni really loved each other really much and it hurt me to read those pages because it was very sad, but hopefully him and Natavia grow and become an item because she seems like a sweetheart. I loved it and can't wait to read book 2. Great read ❤

Such a good read
This book really had me in my feelings. I know that Matter is about to act a fool now that Niesha is gone and his best friend had a part in taking his sister's. Darren needs to just kill himself because once the Diamond men her to him it's going to be a wrap. Enzo really might spazz out on Darren once again. Sierra and Kappo are a mess. She needs to leave him alone till the ink sites on those divorce papers. Pressure is coming for his wife and there is nothing that she can do to stop his pursuit. Golden needs to assure Enzo that she will not be back with Darren by killing him Nita that he has her hostage. I can't wait till part two drops. you never disappoint, you are a beat with the pen for real.

Caught up in the whirlwind that is Black Diamond Mafia! Sierra and Kappo’s situation is the one weighing on me the most. I just thinks she is so sweet and don’t want her taken advantage of. Golden is such a spit fire. Enzo is probably the right man for her with his background. Sir and Mister are some good men to so rugged. What Sir is doing for Ya Ya and how Mister cares for No says so much about their character. I wonder how Sire is. Can’t wait to read more about the Diamond family!

WOW...EXCELLENT
Well written, attention grabbing, with a great set of characters and a storyline that will have you wanting more. Trenae did an excellent job putting this story together. This story had a nice flow to it and I love how the reader is introduced to the characters with their own chapters. I'm all for Black Diamond Mafia and the heat they are about to bring. They definitely ride for their family so Mitch and his crew better beware. Darren is a punk and has to go asap. Anxious for what's to come in Part 2.

Very good and fast paced book. Sierra and Golden’s life changed drastically once their mother revealed her secret. Golden was being ridiculous, in my opinion, about the whole ordeal. And Darren wasn’t about nothing but he definitely
signed his death wish. I like that each character had different personalities and their own stories. The flow was really good and kept me wanting more. I can’t wait to see what happens with Mister/Natavia and Sierra/Kappo—they are my faves. Good read! Can’t wait for part two!

She did it again
GAHDAMMIT! Trenae I knew I should have wanted for part 2 cause now I'm in my feelings about this cliffhanger ending this book and I need part 2 like yesterday! I'm enjoying the storyline and how you put another one of my favorite author's as a character lol brilliant idea however my fav characters right now are Golden, Sierra, crazy @$$ Sir & Enzo I laughed way too much, too hard and can't wait to see what lies ahead for BDM!

Yesss
I haven’t laughed and cried so much in a book in long time. I waited two days to read this book because I knew I needed to have uninterrupted time to read it and it was definitely worth the read. Sir is my Favorite. Because he made Sure Ya-Ya knew she was his. Mister had me crying with him at the end and Enzo made me mad at him because of how he died Golden. I can’t wait for book 2.

She’s back with another banger.. if your looking for a book that will keep you wondering what’s next then I’ll definitely recommend this book.. you definitely will laugh and choke up at the sensitive scenes! I will not tell the book just go read it for yourself! The storyline was great and don’t let me start on the characters everybody has their own personalities but Sir and Golden were my favorite out of the gang!

This is what I expected and more for real. The story was smooth and even if one chapter didn't give you the answers you looked for the next one did. It was no wondering what was going on in these characters lives. I really like that. I can tell this is just the beginning, they had to get their women first than they handle the street stuff. I can't wait to see Pressure in action or Kim for that matter. Really great start!!!!

A MUST READ!!!
Trenae you did the darn thing with this book. I so love Sir with his crazy tail. This book was so good from beginning to end. I love all the Diamonds. I hope Pressure and Mama Kim gets it together because I hate Layla. I hope Enzo give Golden a chance. YaYa and Sir are good for each other. That ending blew my mind. This is most definitely a must read. I can’t wait to read part 2...Can’t wait to see what happens with Sierra and Kappo...

I am so in love with a Diamond. Great story I cried like a newborn baby at the end and I do can't wait for part two. I hope Golden is truly over that duck boy. And I really hope Amazon don't be on no stupid slick stuff when you release part two. Please hurry I don't give this rating to a lot of people but here is my word for when I enjoyed the story. This book was "Readtastic"

This was my first time reading a book by this author and I must say that I have been missing out. I enjoyed this story. It was well written and it flowed well. I really like the characters. The only thing I wish the author had done was describe ALL the characters, not just a few. When you can visualize what the characters look like, it makes the story even better. I hope she will do that in the next book. I look forward to reading part 2. Great job, Trenae.

Get rid of Darren I'm so sick of him! I love how Mister was so persistent with being there for Yaya and her being his lady. I want Enzo and Golden together, the both have slick mouths so that's going to be very interesting. Layla might as count her days bc Kimiko is coming home.

Mister, Enzo, Sire,Sir, Pressure, Golden, Sierra, Yasauni and Kimoko aren’t anything to play with. Poor Niesha she made mistakes but she loved til the end. Great read can’t wait for part 2. Crazy
This book was crazy! Golden might wanna leave Enzo alone. I don’t think she’s ready for his type of crazy. Darren done f’d up and ain’t ready for the level of heat about to be dropped on his poor little head as for I love Sir and YaYa. As for Sierra and Kappo the jury is still out

Bomb Period !
The bomb ass book drought is over !! I can’t wait for Part 2 this book was amazing . Pulls you right in and keeps your attention I’m so glad it’s a book about some bosses and not the poor lonely girl picked up off the side of the road GREAT LIKE ALWAYS .

As always Trenae never disappoints despite all you are going through you still pit out a banger. Lawd I cant wait for book two. Golden and Sierra are funny. I really like yaya and enzo relationship it reminds me of when you post funny stuff on fb about you and your s/o.
