This is a short story about a man Jestin, a defense attorney disgusted by his client, who he knows killed his wife. He goes off the grid, taking a vacation in his father's hunting cabin. Kyanne, a white tigress shifter has been waiting for him to fulfill the prophecy and become her mate. The story is part of Winter Thrillz volume one.
