I Can Handle It 2 is a great book to reassure children that there is a positive or solution in any problems they may have.
The book follows a young boy as he experiences many emotions, fear, tiredness, anxiety etc. and shows how he is feeling on one page followed by a selection of things that may help him deal with the emotion. This is a great way to reassure children and to help them see that you can get through these feelings and have support with them.
The illustrations on each page are brilliant as each positive solution has an illustration next to it which helps children see what is being suggested. This will really help younger children to understand.
This is a brilliant book that will be reassuring to children and with so many different circumstances shown I'm sure there's a relatable one for every child. A great book of child friendly solutions and lots of positivity!
This book is great for empowering kids who get anxiety about special occasions or big events. It reminds them that they can handle anything and has great suggestions for how they can respond to their anxiety.
Coping with new experiences can be difficult. This book offers positive responses to situations that may challenge our young children. A great compliment to Book 1 in this series.
This is another great book in the Mindful Mantras Series. This series teaches children how to cope with stressful situations by giving them something positive to do. Sebastian is impatient when he had to wait for a special day? Can I handle it? I can try and keep busy. I can play with my little sister. I can help mom on her to-do-list. I can handle waiting. I get nervous when there are events with loud noises. Can I Handle It? I can wear my special loud noise protection suit? I can stick with my best friend. I can wear ear muffs. I can handle loud noises. There are more things he wonders if he can handle. I'll let both of you discover if he can. 😀 😁 Good Luck to you both 😁 😃
