Not what I had expected. I was a little let down by this. I had anticipated it to be more indepth, but the most I got out of it were my childhood feelings (which I didn't need to read a book to know), and what I do to try to protect myself from being hurt (again, I didn't need to read a book to know this). Plus, I wish it would've taken a more psychological/mental approach from a doctor's point-of-view instead of the author's experiences and realizations.
