Broken Princess

Rate this book
Take a peek behind the curtains at the wild, sinful lives of America’s elite and uncover their scandalous secrets, twisted lies and wicked games…

I took her because her father owed my family a debt. I’m keeping her because I want her.

I was wrong about Willow, so very wrong, and now I’ve fallen for her. Deep. Hard. All the way.

Now she’s been kidnapped by the darkest and most powerful organization in America—the Order. The same sinful secret society that once welcomed me with open arms and promised to give me the world.

But Willow is my world. She’s everything I want. Everything I need.

She’s the kind of girl you fight to the death to protect, and I’m willing to prove it. Even though I’m the bad guy, the one who stole her and kept her locked away, I’ll do anything to get her back and make her stay.

This time, she’ll be mine forever.

Broken Princess was the perfect ending to the Ruthless Rulers series. Logan and Willow have to fight back against the Order and Q not with brawn, but with brains and strategy. I love that this book is still dark, but that love story between Logan and Willow is there. I also love that we get some of the side characters having their own happy ending in the background. All in all this was a great read, and I think that this series is my favorite so far from Ms. Hart!

Totally freaking Loved it!!!!

The conclusion for the Ruthless Rulers trilogy, Broken Princesswas absolutely, hands down amazing!
After reading this, I'm declaring myself a devout Stella Hart fan!

What a story! Just finished reading this and I'm having difficulty gathering my thoughts for this damned review!

Ohkay... So here we go.

As we suspected, The identity of Q is revealed and it wasn't very shocking but surprising all the same. The last book ended with Willow being kidnapped and this was starts right from where that ended. Almost 75% of this book is Logan trying to find Willow and it's sooo thrilling! There were a few points where he almost got her before the bad guys got her but ultimately she ends up with him.
They confess their love for each other and ride in the fucking sunset..
Everything okay, right? Wrong! No. It is not!

I thoroughly enjoyed this and would highly suggest reading this amazing story :-)

It’s been a couple of days since i read this series and i’m not sure how to describe my feelings for this series. I didn’t know how to break my review into three parts for each book so here’s just an enormous rant of how I felt for all the three books combined.

disclaimer: the rant contains spoilers and has a lot of typos.

After I read the prequel I was pumped and excited to find out further about the story. The couple had went from being best friends in the past to hating each other in the present so that made me curious to know more about their relationship. Plus the added drama of both of their families being rivals and being powerful was just the cherry on top of the cake. So with that thought I purchased the first book and I did like it initially.

I really liked the whole concept of secret society and how the main couple are invited to it. That was definitely something different to read about and tbh it made me really happy to finally read a book which was not heavily based on the couple.

But with that being said, the first book took a long time for the story to progress I mean there were barely any scenes with the couple together and the time they ended up actually having a proper conversation together was half way through the first book.

The main guy also does a lot of cruel things to the main girl which really did not make much sense to me and I didn’t think they were justifiable. The heroine is sold to the main guy’s family and the way he behaves with her is insane. People on here call it dark but I call it psychopath. He makes her stay in the basement of his house and he has this weird bdsm vibes to it (btw his parents know how he is treating her and they are OKAY with it). He makes her obey him and threatens her of killing her little brother. He later reveals why he hates her so much and she seems to be clueless about it. (miscommunications plot)

Anyways the story progresses and the heroine is invited into the secret society and in there she reveals her deepest darkest secret that she believes her mother who was the vice president of the country may be involved in killing the president to become the president. This secret later gets revealed on television of an interview of her mother and her. I mean how insane is that? Her mother is the freakin president of the country and such accusations are being thrown at her live?!!

Anyways back to the main couple. The heroine tries to escape the hero’s house and fails and for that the hero as a punishment tells her that he will attach a collar on her neck and will make her crawl on her hands in the hallway of his house so the maids can watch. 🤢 Thankfully he doesn’t actually carry out that punishment but just the thought of that is disgusting.

Along with the insane drama going on with the main couple there is an ongoing drama in the secret society which was literally the only thing which made me want to read further. The main couple really made me want to DNF this book but the whole secret society suspense really bothered me so without much of a choice I had to purchase the series.

I skipped the whole 3rd book and went to the ending to know what happens and gosh it was so NOT worth it.

Honestly this whole series made me so mad and angry. I loathed the couple, they had no chemistry, nothing made me want to ship them. Matter of fact with the way the hero treated the girl I wished she would have abandoned him and found someone else deserving. The hero had no redeeming qualities in him and his actions weren’t justified. He was heartless (not at all in a good way) and his behavior were inhuman. The only aspect of the book that got me hooked was the secret society concept and that as well was utterly disappointing. I expected something more like the illuminati but this was just some elite group playing mind games and plotting against each other. Overall this series was just nasty.

This was the first series this year that I was eagerly awaiting each installment to find out what happened next. It had the perfect mix of so many of my favorite elements. Dark “captive/sold”, the suspense of a secret society, the elite-ness that comes with being from the most powerful families in the country, and the mystery of everything these two were trying to uncover. As soon as this released I had to read it..... what would happen to Willow? Would Logan find her in time? What would happen with Q and the Order? I will say all my questions were answered and it left me with a satisfying conclusion to Logan & Willow’s story. But this one became way to predictable and felt like I was reading the script to a movie and not an actual book/story if that makes sense. Where the other installments flowed pretty well, this one felt choppy and just not “finessed” enough.

While I thoroughly enjoyed it (and the series as a whole), I have to warn those used to reading and loving those books of authors that use words in the most beautiful yet effective way.....this book will not have such poetic “beauty”. It tells a story, a very entertaining story at that, but this author has yet to master her storytelling abilities. Once she does though? She will be a force, because her mind and what it comes up with is incredible.

I deadass finished this in 3 days only and IT WORTH MY TIME. I usually try to avoid trilogy book as much as I can because I know I'll get sick in the 2/3rd book but guess what? These series makes me want to read more and seek about what's going to happen? I do really enjoyed this! ❤

This is the 3rd book in the series and I do recommend reading them in order. This read begins right after book two. Willow has been taken by the Order and secrets are revealed. Will Logan be able to save her? Fast-paced read with plenty of drama, suspense and steam. This read is action-packed with lots of twists and turns and draws you in from beginning to end. I loved it.

FMC is weak

Finally this last book didn’t mention killing a child, so I’ve upped it to 3 stars. The authors writes quite well and no grammatical errors which is great. I also enjoy her stylistic elements very much.

However, the FMC is a twit. Willow forgives Logan (the man that erroneously and egregiously tortures her for months) with a few “I’m so sorry” tossed about and suddenly it’s “I love you, so much” ummmm what? Non-consensual piercings and sexual acts cannot be suddenly forgotten. I don’t need a lot of groveling, but a little something to show remorse or reparation would have been nice. He also brings her back to the site where she was tortured to live HEA. Seriously, what modern woman would let that go?! UGH.

I recommend this author, but not this series.

Okay ! So I love this book coz BAM! Its final call !!! It was totall anticipation , I was so curious man!!! The way things turned out , the tables totally turned , I was stunned .
Would Logan be able to find her in time or would he miss her ? Would willow be able to take it any more ? Or she will break ? Things were just blowing my damn mind .
It was hard for me coz rn I have to focus on my academics and reading has always been my drug so I had to UK stop it for a while , but I'm an addict and I picked the ruthless rulers series and then everything else is forgotten . I was so looking forward to know what actually will happen man !

But BUT BUT am I the only one or there are some others too who don't like Logan that much??:-|:-|
(Tiny spoiler )
Look he is hot , obviously , but at the end don't u think there is another way to rescue ur lover except doing a threesome ?????
Coz at the end I'm like wtf, who does that??? If I love someone I cannot even to imagine for a threesome (if it's not a poly relationship).
The ending in my opinion kinda upset me, the way she was rescued , it was absurd and it irritated me and man if I'm not wrong (coz I can be since I was maniac as I and to atleast complete 5 worksheets and I had completed 0 of em) they did not even hug each other when they met after the scandal (TT)(*_*):!

Before I begin, this picks up right where Sinful Palace left with its mind blowing cliffhanger. The first two books MUST be read to completely follow and understand this one. There is mention of sex trafficking and an auction, along with rough treatment and other possible triggers for some - so please tread carefully if you are one triggered by any of the above.

Stella took me on a helluva ride with this storyline - I was glued from the beginning to the very end. We get so many truth bombs in this, that I said “WTF” more than few times. Logan does redeem himself in this one, Willow stays strong and comes out stronger. I loved how Stella kept the suspense cranked to the max thru out, there wasn’t a slow part at all honestly. She kept me thinking and had my jaw dropping when she unveiled how flipping insane and sick a few of the characters were - but I was ecstatic to see Logan, Willow, and a few others get their much deserved happily ever after in this conclusion.
I will definitely be reading this series again in the future.

What a epic conclusion to this wonderful dark romance series!!

This is book three of the Ruthless Rulers series. Please be sure to read Wicked Royals, Ruthless Prince and Sinful Palace; which make up the beginning of this series as the prequel, book one and book two. They must be read in order, that way you get the whole story from the beginning.

With all that Logan has put Willow through, things were starting to make a turn for the better until a dark secret is uncovered and Willow is once again in danger of being used and imprisoned at the hands of an obsessed man. This book will uncover the remaining secrets and unfold the rest of this dark, twisted story. Be prepared for some shocking revelations and an epic conclusion that will leave you highly with in the end. I loved this series and I highly recommend it as a must read for all dark romance lovers out there!!!

The previous book ended on a whopper of a cliffhanger. Thank goodness this book picked up right where it had picked up. This book has been an intense riveting ride from the beginning to the end. while this book was still good, it somehow lacked the grittiness that I had experienced in the first two books. There was a sense of depravity there that still touched on decadent that this book was missing for me.

All questions were answered and this book finally answered who Q was and why everything had been happening. It was interesting to see how far back everything had been planned. For myself, however, everything came together too perfect. I was still wanting it to have the parts of the story that were trigger worthy to have the same visceral reaction that Logan and Brooke first had. Goodness knows there was prime spots for it to happen such as the auction or the captivity.

That being said, this is a great trilogy and worthy to be added to everyone's TBR list.

There couldn't be better ending to the story - simply fantastic!

What a roller-coaster ride. Wild and at full speed. This is the best part out of three and I couldn't put it down. I consumed this book in one sitting reading late into the night. I had to get to the bottom and see what happens next and how the story of Willow and Logan concludes. Such a twisted plot, hard to predict, full of angst and suspense. I don't want to spoil anything from this book for you but trust me this is a must read. If you already read the previous parts I'm sure I do not need to convince you to go for it but if you didn't, please grab the prequel and start this fantastic story. If you love a little bit of darkness, secrecy, suspense, angst and sick twisted characters, true villains you will find it all here and you won't regret spending the time with them.

BROKEN TWISTED read!
The is one heck of an emotionally gripping read. The emotions latch on to you throughout the dark twisted storyline that is well done that it's impossible not to see the words play out while reading them. It's frustrating and kept me riddled with anxiety not want to put the book down but at the same time needing to step away to clear my head. This was definitely a great ending to this fantastic dark series that I absolutely loved and hate at times but none the less it was was perfect in my eyes. If you're looking for a great series that gets under your skin gives you all the feels even the vile ones, evokes adrenaline and like to walk on the dark side then don't hesitate get the first book and start reading you will not regret it. I sure the heck loved it.

Truthfully, this could be read as a stand-alone I suppose, but why would you? With the powerful plot that has run through the entire series, it's best to be read them in order so you don't miss a word. "Broken Princess" took me through so many mind games, so much drama, tension, anxiety, and heart palpitations while reading about everything Logan and Willow have gone through and where it takes them next. The discovery of all the secrets, the shock of Chloe's condition. That would be enough to keep anyone glued to their chair. But wait until you find out Jamie's surprise! You won't believe it!! This was an outstanding read and it's a shame I'm only able to give this book five stars because it deserves so much more!!

Completely unrealistic to the point it hardly made any sense.
All the characters are awful, all the “twists” came across messy. Apparently every single person in this book is out to get Willow, even her parents.
Her brother who everyone used against her is shipped off to the aunties and never heard from again unless it’s to put Willow in her place.
Jamie waits until she’s about to be sold to a prince to kidnap her himself, even shooting down a plane with a lookalike to make everyone think she’s dead, when he’s had many opportunities to kidnap her since he’s her mom’s SS Agent.

All the characters in this book are just there to move the plot along.

Also found the whole Willow can only get turned on by Logan extremely annoying, like no.

This is the gripping conclusion to this dark and twisted series. Just so you know, if you are a newbie to this series, you must read all these books and in order to get and understand this complex romance. The tension, twists and emotions have been thick, stunning and raw as this tale has unfolded and as Logan and Willow's story heads into the final stretch you can expect more of that and so much more. You will be kept on the edge of your seat in suspense, while your emotions feel like they have been put in a blender. A great ending to a series that was intense, memorable and compelling. This is my freely posted, frank review.

I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I find Broken Princess is the last book and the perfect conclusion to the Ruthless Rulers series. This story takes off from where the last book ends. The characters, Logan and Willow have to fight back against the Order and Q. They need to be intelligent and out think them before it’s too late. The story is dark and tense but still romantic between Logan and Willow. I was happy to have the opportunity to read this trilogy and enjoyed all three books. I find the ending to be perfect for the story.

The final installment of the Ruthless Rulers was greater than any of the final installments of the books that Stella Hart has written. No unnecessary dragging, crisp to the point and kept me at the edge of the seat. Twist after twist, unexpected side characters becoming main characters and the revelation of secrets one by one was really amazing. Willow becoming stronger and stronger while being tried to be broken and Logan never giving up on her, made the book become the best final installment according to the books and series I read.

I skimmed a lot of this book and I mean a lot.
I only read the dialogue between people that where talking to each other. I just couldn’t read Willow’s inner dialogue or even Logan’s.
I thought Willow was boring and naive, she was a very stupid girl, didn’t like her at all, in fact I hated her.
Logan was just ok, didn’t care for him much.
I was right when I guessed who Q was, it was so obvious to me.
I couldn’t believe what happened to Chuck or the rest of the Order, didn’t seem right to me.
I am finished with this author, I’m not going to read anymore of her books. I paid about €5 each for her books and that is a waste of money especially when I’m skimming them.

Series Ratind. — read to me by Alexa
🌶🌶🌶

This was a mood read for me. It wasn’t great. It wasn’t horrible. I wanted a dark romance that was spicy and had a J/P male. It had those things with an underlying mystery.

The secret society element was a bit corny and unimaginative, as many of themes were the same as many other novels. Predictability in a book doesn’t always bother me, and this wasn’t necessarily bothersome but I wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone. There are other secret society dark romances that I think have done it better.

But overall i was entertained enough to complete the series.

Greta conclusion to the Ruthless Rulers series. You need to read the first two books to understand what’s happening. This one will pull you back and forth and maintains suspense even when more details are revealed. I found this to be a very satisfying read as more of the story is uncovered, I don’t want to give anything away - it’s still dark, sometimes disturbing themes, with some steamy bits, you won’t want to miss this conclusion.

this is the final part in this series and it didn't disappoint. things just keep getting worse for poor willow, no matter her resolve, the order and Q, will strive to break to girl. Logan's angry at discovering the true identity of Q and pursuit in finding the woman he loves cant be stopped, but when the worse happens, he all but looses hope. i love stella hart's books. they always venture into the dark side and when you think it couldnt get anymore lost down the rabbit hole, there is another twist, you never sort coming. truly loved this series.

First daughter Willow Rhoades finds out too late that she trusted the wrong person. Now Willow has nothing to look forward to but pain and misery ... Unless Logan miraculously finds Willow and saves her. But even if Logan did come looking for Willow, he would never find her in time. Q would make sure of that. Is this the end for Willow and Logan?

This is the 3rd and perfect conclusion to this awesome series and carries straight on from where #2 ended. Willow has been kidnapped and is to be sold off to the highest bidder, and Logan has a race against time in order to rescue her. This is a well written flawless story which is dark, twisted, intense, and with secrets and love. I was hooked and intrigued throughout, and I highly recommend for all.
