This book was awesome!!! I used it to unlearn a lot of my "learned conditioning" and it has released me!! I realized I actually was living out of fear, and my thinking had put me into a downward spiral. Along comes Claudia's book just in time. Now I know how to use my mind and thoughts to create my own fruitful reality. I now have a beautiful relationship with my partner, love my job and see possibility everywhere I go! I'd been teetering on the self help fence for a while -- this is the exact thing you need to read (and practice!) to start the work of alignment. Highly recommend as a full read plus guide book to keep handy!!
An excellent self-help book that shows and explains how we live our life in autopilot mode and demonstrate clear ways to escape from this habit and lead a more conscious and fulfilling life. I found the book highly readable, clear and engaging. The end of each the chapters provide a quick and helpful summary that is useful in reinforcing the concept and as quick reminders once you finished reading the book. The sections provide useful and concrete exercises. All an all, a very useful book from which everyone can benefit.
This book is one of the best books that I have read in relation to explaining some complicated concepts in a very common sense way.
I have read numerous books in relation to these concepts and this is one of my favorites because of the down to earth explanation making it easy to understand how to implement the concepts. I like the real life examples that really help to drive home the key points. After a successful business career in the Aerospace industry I believe we are not satisfied unless we keep striving to continually improve ourselves and our lives.
I give this book 5 stars. Why? Because often times we are doing exactly this: autopilot. We are missing life and ourselves. I won't go into detail but I do recommend you pick up a copy and engage. I will say this: the author does give examples and exercises. I went through each one and the past two days have been AMAZING! I really feel great about life and the direction I am headed.
This was a good book to read. Very inspiring and it gave me a lot to think about. I also appreciated the exercises that the author included. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to read about thinking outside of the box, taking control of their life and looking for inspirational material to enrich their journey toward good health and well-being.
This is an excellent book on how to live consciously instead of on autopilot. The author gives a rare and extraordinary explanation of how our conscious and unconscious work. I’ve read plenty of neuroscience books and this was the best. She’ll open your eyes to taking control of your life through conscious means.
I’ve read a good amount of books on this topic and notice that this book does a great job to incorporate a variety of ways to think about your life. There is a good balance of information and ways for transformation.
