This book was very educational, inspiring, and motivating. It was very clear and understanding. I’m looking forward to using the principles outlined in this book to raise capital. A really enjoyable read that i would recommend to anyone involved in the real estate sector.
This is great book with practical examples. When I start on the first page I was beat sceptical as the book didn't have index pages. I was worried about the quality of the information, I will get reading this book. But the author has given a lot of good practical information to implement. This book deserve a five star rating.
Thompson was very generous in this book and provides sound advice on being systematic about raising capital. I especially liked the email he suggests to reach out to your established network when you begin in the business. (I'll let you find it)
Tiene bastante referencia al contexto legal de EEUU pero igual creo que los conceptos básicos que introduce son valiosos y es un buen punto de partida para el levantamiento de fondos para bienes raíces.
Anyone raising capital for real estate needs to read this book. It's very informative and even gives you ideas on how to keep the relationships going from the first contact.
Not particularly interesting or insightful. More background noise that was playing and helped to brainstorm and think about other ideas. Am always amazed tho at all the different ways people are hustling to make money.
