Arnold Leadbetter has never had a worse day in his life. He wakes up to find himself in the Intensive Care Unit of his local hospital, tubes protruding from his body and hooked up to a machine which is apparently breathing for him. That, in itself, would be bad enough but nobody else in the hospital room seems to be interested in what is happening to him, preferring instead to talk amongst themselves. He tries to call out to them but no words come out of his mouth. He tries waving his fingers but they won’t move. He is imprisoned in a lifeless body with no way of communicating with the outside world.

He recognises a woman with tears in her eyes, who nods her head as the doctor explains Arnold’s prognosis. A decision is made and his life support machine is turned off.

But that’s just the start of Arnold’s problems.– problems which include zombies, vampires, and werewolves.

I started writing about a recent trauma that I'd experienced in the hope that it would prove therapeutic. It didn't. However, I did discover that I enjoyed writing. I wrote an (unpublished) contemporary thriller but realised that i should perhaps be writing science fiction stories instead. I've always had a passion for science fiction, ever since I used to watch the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who, starring William Hartnell as the first Doctor. I don't believe I watched it from behind the sofa (as science fiction lore would have us believe was the practice of anyone under ten years of age) although I'm sure a couple of episodes probably had me watching through my fingers.

Eight years later, I've penned ten novels, two novellas, and five short stories.

My writing philosophy is that a story should be as long or as short as it needs to be. I refuse to pad my stories out just to reach an arbitrary word count. In my opinion, to do so would be dishonest and disrespectful to myself, the story and - above all - the reader.

I share my life with Eliene (a successful amateur distance runner), our cat, Tabitha, our dog, Sophie, and another cat, Jess, who kept invading our house until we let her stay. I'm also an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan (nothing comes between me and my TV when they're playing).

A Great Horror Story With A Dark Comedic Edge!
Overview: Newly deceased software tester and family man, Arnold Leadbetter, digs himself out of his grave with the intention of returning to his former life. But, things will never be the same... Especially with Arnold being dead and all.

Author Greg Krojac writes a creative and unique dark comedy around Norse traditions and the standard folklores of zombies, vampires, and werewolves when a poor soul rises from his grave and discovers he’s still sentient. His main character, Arnold, is a likable sort who manages to seamlessly plod through his before-afterlife adventures by combining a series of supernatural and human friends who help him adjust to life as a zombie and the many fracases that develop as a result of his, er... condition.

Krojac demonstrates a keen sense of humor as he puts together a macabre yet somewhat charming story of a man unintentionally suspended between death and, well... death. In the end, only a Norse ritual can solve Arnold’s problems, and Author Krojac describes the situation in great detail while digging into historical lore.

“WTF?” is a real page-turner and I read this book in a matter of an hour. The story does contain adult situations and language with violence. As a parent, I would review this book prior to allowing my teen to read it. For those readers with a dark sense of humor and likability for situations that go from bad to worse, “WTF?” definitely fits the bill. I highly recommend this read for anyone—ages 13 and up—who fancies a great horror story with a dark comedic edge.

Arnold Leadbetter a forty years old computer software tester. He’s married and has a daughter, and he’s terminally hill. To the point that his wife decides to terminate his life. But Arnold is not entirely dead, even after they bring him to the morgue. And for there it starts an exhilarating list of events that made me burst out laughing a few times.
Had I known before WTF was a zombie story I wouldn’t have read it, because I don’t like zombie stories, but this one made my day. It’s a page-turner and you never miss to laugh or giggle at some event.
Greg Krojac’s sense of humour goes beyond my expectations. I read a couple of sci-fi stories by the same author and loved them, but this one was even better.
Halloween is gone, but this is a story for all year around.
