A Swat Call Before Christmas was a nice little bonus content with no story and a bit of action. It served its purpose—as a bridge between two series, two generations of characters—very well.
I truly enjoyed this followed-up, it was funny, with a few hints of things to come.

4.5 ‘Bring On The Next Generation’ Stars

My oh my! This KPD Box set is the PERFECT bundle of romance and suspense for this holiday season. Seven delicious stories, all in one place, talk about Law Enforcement hotness overload! What a perfect bundle, in every way!!!

Center Mass was the very first book from Lani Lynn Vale that I read, so the I can honestly say this book and series started my LLV addiction, lol.

Every single one of these seven stories compiles the brilliant formula that Ms. Vale as now perfected of funny, sexy, emotional – oh so emotional, be prepared for all the feels! – and passionate with just the right amount of suspense!

It was not only fantastic to revisit one of my all time fav series, and so many of my beloved couples, but the little novella at the end was the perfect bridge, the perfect transition to the upcoming KPD SWAT Generation 2.0! Speaking of major teasing! After seeing the parents fall in love, and the little ones being introduced, I can not wait for the next generation of Hot bad@ss Alphas with a Capital T. Bring on 2020!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

I had a mixed feelings about this series when I read it for the first time, those mixed feelings sadly prevailed but it hadn’t stopped me from enjoying this group of crazies.
My favorite was and probably always will be Charlie Foxtrot.

The beauty lies in the unpredictability. Vale dives heart first into the chaos of love. The guys of the KPD are about to meet their matches. The attractions are electric, the danger is intense and as a reader my emotions were all over the place. There's never a dull moment on this fast track roller coaster of love.

Every single story was highly entertaining, steamy and just fun to read. I feel like the Swat team is one giant family and its blood bleeds blue. Each book had me more curious about what would happen next to one of the “brothers”. The teaser for the next generation has me giddy and ready to devour more books. It’s an addiction!

Center Mass - I do love some hunky men in uniform and Luke can protect and serve me anytime. Reese was a great heroine as well. Feisty and hard working single mom who can throw a punch. I loved the humor, steamy scenes and ripping camaraderie between the guys with KPD. Great introduction to the characters and my first Lani Lynn Vale book.

Double Tap - Nico's character was so dark and sort of gritty. I had no idea what his background would be like. Georgia...oh my! This story had all of the ingredients to be a beautiful childhood sweethearts tale and then it took a VERY DARK TURN. I loved that Georgia was fiercely loyal to her brothers and stayed to protect them. Nico gave her the space to heal but she never left his heart. Family and their religious beliefs are front and center for this couple and I loved delving into their reconnection along with the suspense and danger chasing after them.

Bang Switch - Downy is one of my favorite guys. Love his humor and unrelenting loyalty. Memphis is a trip. So sassy and defiant. She definitely has an attitude problem and an issue with authority. I loved them together even though the two had some communication snafus. The dogs were just icing on my snack cake. This story was super deluxe scorching hot too!

Execution - Every story I read I love the characters just a little bit more. I’ve always been intrigued by Miller and his brother but damnnnnn...this book made me fall in love with him. Mercy struck me as a woman with a heart of gold but then tragedy had to strike her. Not just the horrific act that brings her and Miller together but over and over. Like the assholes of the world gang up. I freaking loved these two.

Chicken Foxtrot - Foster...omg! He was definitely a wild one...until he wasn’t. Blake was the perfect match to bring back his crazy tendencies and his protectiveness launched into overdrive. He’s one of my favorite characters but I’m finding out I love all of them.

Kill Shot - Bennett’s story is about a cute single Dad and a feisty physician assistant. Lennox had a lot of stress and crappy relationships so she’s down on love quite a bit. This one seemed a bit tense and darker than the rest to me. Still very steamy. VERY. I liked it!

Coup De Grace - I really was curious about Michael since he was mysterious and had a ton of tattoos. Michael and Nikki had that weird breakup that neither got over. I liked the two characters together and the action/tension of this story. The KPD family is hot!

5 Stars!

Lani Lynn Vale was pretty new to me last year and with a lot of insisting from the Blog sidekick, I jumped on the LLV train and boy is this one ride I never want to get off. Slaying the words and my heart in every single book I've read by her... Lani knows how to write them in such an addicting way and with the way she rapid releases, I'm loving every word she gives.

The Code 11- KPD SWAR Box Set was the perfect opportunity to read a series I hadn't yet read and oh my goodness y'all! What a journey I got. Love stories packed with heart, heat, suspense, passion, and so many unputdownable.. unstoppable moments.

7 unforgettable journeys. Endless characters I met along the way that I will never ever forget. One author who has quickly become a TOP favorite of mine!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this series.

All of my favorite books from Lani lynn Vale in one box set. I absolutely love the KPD SWAT man and woman. There are some very unique couples and storylines between the pages of these books.

Book One Center Mass. This is the second time I have read this one and I loved it just as must as if I was reading it for the first time. Luke just wants to forget. Move on with his life with his daughter and forget about the past. But then Reese comes crashing into his life and things aren't that easy. Reese is trying to move on as well from her ex. She wants to raise her daughter and be happy. But her ex wont let things go so easily. I absolutely loved the hot sexy chemistry between Luke and Reese. You can easily see that these two along with their daughters belong together. This amazing storyline is full of steamy hot moments, moments where you stop breathing and moments where I wanted to throw my kindle. But Lani gave me a book I can read over and over again easily. Highly recommend reading about Luke and Reese.

Book two Double Tap.Nico and Georgia. Another great storyline. It was full of humor, intrigue, heartbreak and happiness. I absolutely love the relationship between these two. There is undeniable chemistry that helped these two to build a very strong and everlasting foundation to their relationship. This couple has such a unique relationship you cant help but love reading this one. It was gripping from beginning to end. Nico and Georgia give you quite the story to read. Another great couple in this series.

Book Three Bang Switch. This is about Downy and Memphis. Downy is a member of the Kilgore Police Department and Swat Team. He ends up meeting Memphis by way of saving her. Then these two realize they are neighbors. That is when things start to get interesting. Because during an interesting night something happens with the wall between Downy's bedroom and Memphis's bedroom. After that incident these two really start to become something. But the age difference is kindof holding Downy back. I absolutely loved watching these two get together. It was an enjoyable addition to this series. Lani Lynn Vale knows how to bring you in and keep you hooked with two great characters and a great storyline. Absolutely loved this one.

Book four Execution Style. This one is about Miller and Mercy. This one I have to admit was a little rough to get through. This one covers a very tough subject for me. But Lani writes it in a great way. She covers the subject with gentleness and gives Mercy the power to overcome what happens to her. Miller is there for Mercy from the beginning when everything goes down. Miller is a playboy not looking for a relationship but Mercy brings out his protective instinct. Mercy asks Miller for his help with something. Something that will change everything between them. Will Miller stay or walk away? I absolutely loved reading this storyline with these two characters. You can easily see how strong Mercy is and how alpha of a male Miller is. This was a great addition to this series. My favorite in the series.

Book five Charlie Foxtrot. This one is about Foster and Blake. Blake doesn't like Foster from the very beginning. He has a bad attitude because of what happened to him. His life is changed doing what he does best saving people.
He goes around giving people tickets left and right. He gave Blake's grandfather one and she comes to the police station to do something about it. But once she meets him things start to change.
Blake ends up going to work for the police department as a dispatcher. So she in a way works with Foster. But for some reason Foster doesn't want anything to do with her and Blake doesn't understand why. He keeps people at a distance and does his job. But Blake entered his life like a Hurricane and changed everything for him. But can Blake see beyond his disability? I absolutely loved Blake and how she reacts when it comes to Foster. She doesn't overreact, judge or stare. She wants to understand and be there for him.
Chemistry between these two is off the charts hot. I absolutely loved the banter and funny moments these two share with each other. This was a storyline about not being perfect but still being loved. An absolute page turner. A great addition to this series.

Book six Kill Shot. Bennett and Lennox are an amazing couple. Bennett is raising his daughter on his own and his a police officer and part of the swat team. He meets Lennox at the hospital when he has to be bandaged up. These two really do not hit it off. Lennox is a feisty physician assistant. Something about her pulls him to her and after another incident at the hospital Lennox ends up meeting his daughter when she throws something at her. From that moment on after Bennett sees how Lennox handles it he wants to see where things can go between them. But Lennox doesn't want a relationship. She agrees to friends with benefits. But then something happens and Lennox will do whatever it takes to protect Bennett and his daughter. I absolutely was surprised with this one. I did not see it going the way it did. Bennett was all in whereas Lennox was not. I was shocked at this. I figured it was going to be the other way.
But reading this storyline and watching these two fight for each other and their relationship is absolutely amazing. I loved these two and the storyline. Lani did an amazing job writing this one. I loved how it plays out. I absolutely loved how she throws suspense into this one to keep you hooked until the end. And seriously that is what got me hooked was the characters and the suspense. I had to know what was going to happen. Another great addition to this series. It just keeps getting better and better.

Book seven Coup De Grace. I have to say this one was quite interesting from the get go. Michael is not who you think he is. He is a private guy who keeps things to himself. He falls for Nikki who is the perfect girl that he shouldn't fall for. Michael ends up going to a call that changes his thinking. Him and Nikki give each other a chance. But one person keeps getting in the way. That person I could not stand. She was plain and simple just evil. Lani wrote her character amazingly. She was the person no one liked or wanted around and her character was perfect. I absolutely loved Michael and Nikki and how they fought to be together. There was a lot between these two that they needed to work through. I could not believe everything that goes down between these two. This was a very gripping intense storyline. I loved every intense page turning moment.

An absolute amazing series from the first book to the last. I love that Lani put these all together in one set. You will fall in love with each couple and their story. Plus you get a little bonus at the end. Highly recommend reading these and enjoying each and every storyline and couple.

I’m super excited for the new SWAT 2.0 series coming out in the new year❣️ This story I downloaded for free from Bookfunnel which was provided by LLV in her newsletter and I’m so happy to have read it as it was a good refresher for names of the original SWAT teams kids and an idea of new things to come😁

This was fun to read. I liked that we got to see the "old" guys and how their lives were going. I also loved how the "new" guys were introduced. This one makes a great bridge between the two series.

A wonderful, although WSU too quick read! A glimpse into the old guys handing down the SWAT team to the young ones. The potential stories we will see in this upcoming 2nd generation series. I’m super excited about these kids stories. Told in multiple POV. I highly recommend this book.

Seven of my favorite books, all in one box set!!!! And a bonus!!! What more can a girl ask for?!? (Full reviews for each book is available under each book!)

Center Mass:
Luke and Reese are just plain combustible! The chemistry between them is unbelievable, and I loved their story! There was so much going on, that I couldn't put it down. There was plenty of action, and lots of surprises (a few tears too, so be prepared!) If this book is an indication of what is coming in this series, I can't wait to find out what happens next!

Double Tap:
This book took me for an emotional ride that I just couldn't get off of. This was a wonderfully written story that I couldn't put down, because I just had to know what happened to Nico and Georgia. I couldn't help but love Nico and Georgia because of their perfectness, and devotion to one another, and their determination to be together, despite everything. It's one I can read again and again, and still find those feelings of happiness at the end.

Bang Switch:
This book was so much fun! Danger, excitement, intrigue. Hidden surprises around every corner. Downy and Memphis kept me guessing, right through until the end. And that ending! I just could not stop laughing. Guess Stone had the last laugh, after all!

Execution Style:
Get ready for an emotional roller coaster! This book had me all over the place. I think my emotions hit impossible lows and crazy highs while reading this book. There were some tears, and a lot of laughs. There was so much going on in this book, I absolutely read it in one sitting, unable to put it down!

Charlie Foxtrot:
This book is special to me because....hello! Blake is a dispatcher! I can't help but feel a connection with a fellow dispatcher! But seriously, I loved how both Foster and Blake came back from such horrible circumstances, even better than before. This book is all about taking the bad in life and making it what you want. And that makes this an amazing book to me!

Kill Shot:
Kill Shot was a surprise, from beginning to end. It was nothing like I expected, and the author kept me guessing, to the point I never knew what was coming around the next corner. The characters were so much fun, and I enjoyed seeing them grow and find their HEA!

Coup de Grace:
As much as I knew that this was coming, that Michael and Nikki had a story waiting to be told, I was in no way prepared for this story. I knew it'd be complicated, and messy, and I'd absolutely fall in love, (because that's what LLV does best!) but this story had just as much internal conflict as it did external. Mostly, this author's stories are based on a love story that is (almost) thwarted by crazy situations and even crazier bad guys, but in Coup de Grace, there is also an internal conflict that Michael and Nikki have to overcome. I found, reading their story, that I really liked that. It highlights the characters strengths, and how hard they have to work to be together!

A Swat Call Before Christmas:
I didn't think this could get any better, but then LLV throws in a bonus story, with all of my favorite characters from the series, hints at what is coming in the SWAT 2.0 series, and a little story that had me ROFLMBO! Even if you have (and have read!) all of the books in the series, this story is definitely worth getting the box set!!!!

CENTER MASS - 5 Stars

This book was really good. I loved Luke and Reese and of course their adorable daughters. Love single father books and this one was great. I loved the sexy times with Luke and Reese but also loved the action/intrigue aspect of the book as well.

Really loved all the secondary characters. Definitely going to check out more of this series.

DOUBLE TAP - 5 Stars

Absolutely loved Nico and Georgia. I liked that it had the feel of a second chance romance even though these two were never officially together. They both wanted to be when they were younger but heartbreaking circumstances kept them apart for a while.

When Georgia returns home, Nico couldn’t be happier. They immediately fell into their easy way of being together and their relationship just happened. Nico had just been waiting for Georgia to heal enough and come back home to make it official.

Really enjoyed the suspense aspects of this story. I was wondering what drama would ensue since their relationship seemed so solid and sure. Can’t wait to see what unfolds next with this SWAT team.

BANG SWITCH - 5 Stars

I loved Memphis and Downy’s story. I really loved how Downy wasn’t the player he was perceived to be at the beginning. He was such a sweet man when it came to Memphis and he wanted to do everything he could to protect her.

Memphis wanted nothing to do with cops because her father was a cop and she wanted no part of it. But the heart wants what the heart wants and hers was drawn to Downy from the very beginning.

I enjoyed that they were both wanting to find out what was going on with the dogs being stolen and turning up either hurt badly or dead. This was a great story with a lot of heat.

EXECUTION STYLE - 4 Stars

I really liked Miller and Mercy. I was worried that Miller was going to still be the player he was in the last book (you know knocking down walls while having sex) but he wasn’t and that was a relief. I liked how he wanted to be there for Mercy and he was the only one she wanted to help her.

Mercy went through something very tragic in front of the whole town. I didn’t really understand why people in the town were judgmental of her. She was assaulted, plain and simple. People act like she asked for it.

While I enjoyed the connection and relationship between Mercy and Miller, I didn’t really get the crazy ex soon to be mother in law issues. It seemed a little odd that someone could have the power and capabilities to do the things she did.

Overall another great installment to this series.

CHARLIE FOXTROT - 5 Stars

I really loved Foster and Blake’s story. I loved how she didn’t look at him any differently once she knew of his leg. And I know that made him feel wonderful as well. Loved their connection and interactions from the very beginning. My heart hurt for Blake after what she went through with her ex. I never really understood her mother and how she felt about Blake’s ex and that even though he cheated on her for years, she expected her to stay with him. I loved it when she finally stood up to her mom and told her off...if front of her ex and all the SWAT guys.

Foster was so protective of her and I loved it. He was going to do anything to figure out who the threat was that was coming after Blake. Foster was able to win over Blake’s father and that was amazing. He knew Foster would take care of his baby girl.

This one is up there with my favorite of this box set so far. Let’s hope the others can measure up.

KILL SHOT - 5 Stars

I absolutely loved Bennett and Lennox’s story. Single dad is one of my favorites and this one was great. These two were very hot together. Even though they said at the beginning that they were only going to be friends with benefits it very quickly turned into so much more.

I had a feeling that the person terrorizing Lennox and Bennett’s ex were the same person. I thought her reasoning for terrorizing Lennox was just a bit crazy. Especially since she was married to the guy Lennox tried to warn away from her. I was glad that she wasn’t able to get to Bennett’s little girl. She was definitely not cut out to be a mother.

This was a great book and I enjoyed all of it.

COUP DE GRACE - 5 Stars

I have been wanting Michael and Nikki’s story since Nico’s book. I felt bad for Michael’s reasons that he broke it off with Nikki. And when he finally came clean with Nikki and told her all his mental illnesses, she didn’t look at him differently like he assumed she would. She still cared for him and wanted him desperately. It did seem like they just got back together, no discussion about why they split before they got back together. It was like Michael was just tired of being alone and decided he wanted Nikki back. Which I guess was ok. I was just expecting more.

These two were very hot together but there were times when they would start having sex and it just didn’t really fit with what was going on. I mean one time she was way late for work and it almost seemed like the author just wanted the book to be a lot longer than it would have been without all the added sex.

I also felt like the situation with Michael’s ex Joslin was glazed over at the end. The fact that she still came over for dinner after they divorced was weird. And that his mom seemed to care more for her than she did Michael. I honestly didn’t get why he kept what she did to him a secret. I truly don’t feel like she got what was coming to her with the way she was treating everybody. She ended being with Michael’s brother, Dean but she was apparently cheating on him the entire time. She got no recourse for that and that’s a shame.

I love the suspense with this book and all the murders that were happening.

5 Stars from Renee!

#1 CENTER MASS.

The story has laughs, pain, murder, crazy ex, suspense, love, and heartbreak.

This is Reese and Luke’s story. Reese and Luke are both single parents. They both have crazy exs. With Reese being the school nurse and Luke’s daughter going to the school they interact. They are both attracted to each other but over the crazy ex crap. Can they try to work on a relationship when everyone is interfering? If it’s not work it’s the crazies. Can they stay together or will they end up imploding?

I have to say the letters in the end are so cute. That is one of my favorite parts of the story. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story in this series.

This is Georgia and Nico’s story. Nico wanted Georgia for years but she lost part of her family and was raising her siblings. Now she is back home and he will do everything to catch and keep her. When danger comes for him can he protect her and stay alive at the same time? Or is it the end of the line for them? Or can they come out of all the danger in the end together? Will they both live through the danger that is coming for him?

I loved these characters and also the side characters. There are some tear filled moments and some anger filled moments in this story. But all in all I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎

Can he convince her that he does want her? When they get pulled into an investigation about dogs can they work together to take down the bad guys? Or will they bad guys get them before they can take them out? If they get taken who is going to be able to find them and help them? Will they be able to be rescued? After all the secrets come out will Memphis be able to trust anyone?

I loved these characters and also the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

Miller being around her helps. The more Mercy asks of Miller the more he gives. But is she using him or is it real? As bad things start happening all around Mercy she wonders just how bad she is for Miller. Is she a pet project for him? Can they make a relationship work when they met in such bad circumstances? The more they come together the more bad that pulls them down. Who is behind all the bad things happening to Mercy and will they be caught? Will Miller be able to save Mercy or will she have to save herself? Who will get caught in the takedown? Will they ever be the same again?

I loved these characters and also the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎

#6 KILL SHOT.

The story has laughs, pain, murder, secrets, suspense, love, and heartbreak.

This is Lennox and Bennett’s story. Lennox and Bennett meet and have a few interesting encounters. What pulls them together is that Lennox and Bennett are both a little crazy and funny as hell. The more they see each other the more they are drawn together. They have both been burnt in the past so it takes them time to trust. Misunderstandings and there past just might be the thing to keep them apart. Will they be able to handle the crazy that ensues? One stalker and one crazy ex are about to bring them both down. When it comes down to it will there past collide and leave a tragedy in its wake? Or will that tragedy be then thing that brings them back together?

I loved these characters and also the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎

#7 COUP DE GRACE.

The story has laughs, pain, murder, secrets, suspense, love, and heartbreak.

This is Nikki and Michael’s story. Michael was betrayed by his ex-wife but his family does not know the truth of when they broke up. Michael loves Nikki but he thinks he is bad for her. Nikki loves Michael but he pushed her away. The more they see each other the more they want each other. Can they resist each other? Or will they finally get the chance to have a relationship? Will Michael stop fighting being together and allow them to build a relationship? What happens when there are threats to them? Will Michael be able to protect Nikki? Can he figure out a way to have everything he ever wanted with the only woman he truly loves?

I loved these characters and also the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

I wrote a super long review and goodread said they were saving and they didn't and then the internet sucks so it didn't save when I saved at the end and now I've just wasted how much time?!?!

So I'm going back and writing this a month later and I don't remember my original review... Honestly, I was interested in another book series of hers, but wasn't sure it was worth the price. I had signed up for her newsletter and got this free. This is an extra story that catches up on characters from another series, which I haven't read, and after reading this, I really have no desire to read the series. I unsubscribed from her newsletter and I'll pass on future books from her. Her writing just didn't grab me. Oh well, at least I'm not out the purchase price of the book I wanted to read, right...

Random: I don't know why, but I think the author's name rocks...

Received free from her newsletter.

Looking for fast-paced, high intense, at time hillarious and all times swoon worthy binge read? The boys from KPD are your men.

Having never read Lani Lynn Vale, I jumped on the opportunity to ARC read for the box set release of Code 11-KPD. This series captured my heart, made me laugh, cry and wondering about charcters that are in other series' Lani Lynn Vale has writte.

《Center Mass》 Luke and Reese.
Being a single parents is hard job.
Being Assistant Cheif and Captain of the SWAT team is also challenging. But Luke and Reese rock their roles with finesse.
When Reese' ex rocks into town looking for custody with his crazy ass wife in tow, things are about to get hetic.

I absolutely loved how this story was handled. A mixture of humor, bad ideas, intense call outs, everyones ex-partners and fast cars, Luke and Reese captured my attention and definitely made the decision to keep reading that much easier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

《Double Tapp》 Nico and Georgia
After the events of Center Mass, Nico has someone gunning for him. When the love of his life walks back into his life comes back into town eight years after a traumatic event sent her and her brothers away, Nico would do anything to protect her.

Nico without a doubt is my favorite KPD man. His personal story sets him apart from his team mates. The things Georgia endured broke my heart. Her strength and resilience made her my favorite leading lady. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

《Bang Switch》 Downy and Memphis
After a chance meeting Memphis never thought she'd connect with the SWAT guy that saved her life. Never in her wildest dreams did she believe he'd turn into her nextdoor neighbor. After a string of dogs go missing neither Downy and his K9 side kick nor Memphis and her beloved pup really knew the storm that was headed their way.

This story was absolutely comical, from rowdy room-mates and the mischievous K9 dog Mocha, I never knew what was going to come next. The best thing though, was this story wasn't all comical, it had a serious side that hooked me in just as hard. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

《Execution Style》 Miller and Mercy
Being the daughter of the Fire Chief, Mery knows that life isn't always rainbows and fairy dust. Running a second chance type shelter for military personnel, Mery knows first hand what trauma looks like in the after. But to experience it herself, infront of the entire town is something Mercy never thought would happen to her. Having helped save her life, Miller knows that Mercy needs him. No matter the cost he will protect her. But no-one saw coming just what the aftermath of that day would cause.

Mercy and Miller blew me away. It started with a bang, but eneded perfectly. The twists and turns in this story had me on the edge of my seet. Mercy turned into one badass lady despite what had happened to her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

《Charlie Foxtrot》 Foster and Blake
After loosing his leg at his brothers wedding, Foster's life is altered. His still kicking butt and taking names as on the SWAT team and as a regualr patrol officer, but his now garded, bitter and angry. When Blake's grandfather is ticketed she demands to know why, not realising just who Foster is. Being the legendary Sheriff Shanks daughter the Chief of Polices neice, Blake never thought she'd fall head over heals for another officer. But when ex-husbands start demanding things for his new girlfriend, things start to get dicey and Foster might just be the only one who xan protect her.

Foster and Blake stole my heart! Being a dispatcher would have to be such a difficult job, especially when your loved ones are the one your sending into the line of fire. But Blake is a pro! Her relationship with Foster was absolutely adorable, cold sholder and all! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

《Kill Shot》 Bennett and Lennox
Being a Single Dad is hard work, but Bennett would do anything for his little girl, no matter the cost.
Being the youngest Physicians Assistant ever is something Lennox has worked her butt off for and she's not gonna let an Alpha male tell her what to do, even if said Male is part of the KPD. With crazy mothers and down right dangerous stalkers, Bennett will stop at nothing to make his family whole.

Bennett and Lennox had me hook line and sinker. Their dynamics were well written, both upbeat and well not. Their relationship wasn't all smooth sailing, bumps and ling silences between them was to be had. Lani Lynn Vale has a nack for relationship conflict and out of all of them, this one was my favorite. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

《Coupe De Grâce》 Michael and Nikki
What do you do when you fall inlove with your fellow KPD brothers baby sister? You have a relationship behind his back of course. But when you realise that maybe you want something different out the life? You pack that shit down, deal with it and keep on loving the girl no matter what cause one day, you'll finally be ready to give her what you couldn't then.

This story pulled on my heart strings. Michael and Nikki were so adorable. When things got dicey they still had eachothers backs and cared for eachother. While things didn't really pan out the way they wanted them too, their story was absolutely perfect.⭐⭐⭐

《A SWAT Call Before Christmas》
Their kids are all grown up and are about to embark on their first solo SWAT mission. But its not without their fathers, the pevious SWAT team, getting to see how it plaid out from the side lines, making their bets and giving a quick catch up on their lives. With each main man getting a short chapter this novella sets it up perfectly for the dive right in to the series that is SWAT Generation 2.0 ⭐⭐⭐
