Four of the hottest M/F Omega romances for the price of one! Book 1: The Omega Hybrid I’m a half-breed. Lower than dirt. All my life, the Hearteaters MC have treated me like a dog. Now they expect me to mate their Alpha.
And they call that an honor?! Carry his cubs? Be his Omega? The wolf in me, will never submit to his bear. Never!
No one in their right mind would help a Hearteater MC runaway. Except, maybe, three rogue wolf shifters. Sexy. Protective. And utterly devoted to ME.
Book 2: The Human Omega I was raised by wolves. I never imagined I would be forced to marry one.
All my life i've been an outsider. A human raised by a pack of wolf shifters. And now that that I have returned to the pack for the alpha contest, the unimaginable has happened. I am to be the next alpha's omega. I am to give birth to werewolves.
What scares me most is who will be the next alpha. Will it be Axe, my protector, my greatest friend since childhood? Or will it be Hawk, who only wants to control and dominate me? Which wolf will win the alpha contest and claim me for life?
Book 3: Omega’s Wolves Omega females are valued only for their ability to breed.
The Hell’s Wolves MC are bad, dangerously bad. They are on the outskirts of the shifter world, and are known for being wild, reckless, and untrustworthy.
That’s why I know they are the only ones I can hire to protect me from him…. The only ones, that might save me from a life of breeding. But can I find light in their darkness? Will they betray me?
Book 4: Omega’s Claim Juniper:
Bryce may be my Alpha, but he’s abusive—dangerous. And now that I’m pregnant, he’s hunting for me. I’ll do anything to protect my unborn cubs from him, but how? And who will protect me?
Garret:
As Alpha of the Smoke Wolf Pack I have three rules: 1.Don’t consort with Bears. 2.Take No Bull Sh*t! 3.Never let a woman get in the way of pack business.
But now that this sexy little omega she-bear has shown up in my territory, I’m in a world of TROUBLE. She arouses my every protective instinct. And despite the danger, I cannot refuse her…anything.
J.L. Wilder likes wild things! Her alpha shifters are gruff and tough, with a pinch of tenderness. Curl up with these bad boy book boyfriends, and they will have you howling at the moon!
When not writing shifter smut, J.L. spends as much time as possible exploring the outdoors. She loves getting into trouble with Ace, her Siberian Husky.
Omegas in Heat Some of these books were previously reviewed. I received copies from the author.
The Omega Hybrid 4 stars
Has all the usual elements - an overbearing Alpha that wants to control his clan with fear, an omega female who has no intentions of being controlled, and some rogue Alphas who don't mind sharing a willing female. Of course there must be some fighting to go along with all that sex. This book also throws in some mean girls for good measure.
The Human Omega 4 stars
Kiedra has returned home when she was told her adopted mother had cancer and was on her deathbed. She was raised with members of a wolf shifter pack, but was always an outsider due to her lack of fur. Her friendship with Axe, who was a gangly, but sweet teenager when she left, is renewed. Axe is now handsome and has plenty off muscle, but he still adores Kiedra's "Mamma" and has missed Kiedra. When "Kiki" founds out that the pack Alpha is stepping down and Axe is one of five wolves who is in the contest for the position, she is not sure how to feel. On one hand he would be a great Alpha, definitely better than the current Alpha's son, on the other hand the winner will immediately choose his Omega wolf, mate with her, and no matter how she feels about him Kiedra could never be Axe's Omega.
There is, of course, a lot more to Kiedra's story. I will let you read it for yourself.
Omega’s Wolves 4 stars
Pretty enjoyable reverse harem story about a wolf shifter female who is sought after in the paranormal world due to her "omega" status. Unfortunately, being "sought after" and being wanted for herself are two very different things. When she makes arrangements to be rescued from her current "owner", a bear shifter who can't really mate with her, she takes a chance on a MC that lives on the fringes of shifter society. Little does she know what her rescuers will come to mean to her. I know, a lot of quotation marks, lol.
Omega’s Claim 4 stars
Juniper and her sister are the only bears left from their clan. Juniper is an omega and is claimed by the alpha that rules the territory. He is all but abusive and mad because she has been with him for months and is still not pregnant. He barely allows her to leave the house except for doctor’s appointments. When she finds out that she is finally pregnant she is not sure she wants him to know. There has to be much “close contact,” if you know what I mean, before the cubs are really his and when that happens she will be left as a complacent, mindless, baby maker until she is no longer capable of getting pregnant. When she lies and tells him she is still not pregnant he almost chokes her to death and she decides to leave him. She is found by the alpha of a local wolf pack who owes her family a debt and he agrees to help her and her sister leave the area. Fat chance. See what happens instead.
The Omega Hybrid - Just like every other reverse harem out there. Only difference is this concerns a hybrid omega that can change her shape from a wolf to a bear. I mean it can be done only so much to where the female is running from an abusive situation only to land in a very positive one, yet has to fight to keep it.
The Human Omega - Such a very unique and interesting story. Though the title "The Human Omega" don’t quite fit the character, Kiedra (Kiki), since she's technically a half- breed. This is made known by Mamma later on in the book. The whole principled theme behind this story kinda drew me in and made me think about how I’d really like to be in Kiki’s place (for the most part).
Omega’s Wolves - Wow! Just wow! I’m not sure how to explain this one. A first person recount of her life on the run from an abuser. Who decided that she shouldn’t be who she wasn’t meant to be. It read more like journal entries than it did a book which made it really nice to read.
Omega’s Claim - An Omega partially claimed to an abusive Alpha. She finds out she’s pregnant and lies to her Alpha about not being pregnant. He attacks her by choking her, and then takes off. She then decides that it’s in her best interest, and her cubs, to run away. So she packs a bag and hightails it outta dodge and into enemy territory. Here’s where things get interesting! You see, our heroine, our Omega, is a bear shifter. She runs into wolf shifter territory. Where the Alpha and our Omega hit it off. You see, he’s only willing to help her because of a debt he owes to her clan (that’s been decimated). Though, he never expected to fall in love with her. Their story is full of romance, suspense, drama, action, lust, and friendship. It was a cute and romantic story well worth the read!
Overall, these books were very good and had a common theme of runaway Omega’s from bad situations. Except one that was a unique twist series. All in all I enjoyed the series and give it a 4.5 star rating.
These 4 stories all follow the exact same trope. I am not revealing any spoilers here because the stories all start the same way. The premise is a good natured, big hearted, big breasted omega who is abused by a brutish alpha. The omega dreams of escape and somehow the escape happens with a combination accidental good luck and the omega plotting to escape. Then by accidental fate she meets up with an outcast alpha bad boy who has resisted his destiny to be a leader. The abused omega and destined to be a leader outcast bad boy alpha have insta hot attraction, but try to resist each other because they know that the other would have to deny an important independent part of themselves if they mated. It is all so self sacrificing on the part of the omega and alpha. The plot question is will the insta attraction survive all odds against them? Blah, blah, blah. There is always a woman side character such as a sister with a heart of gold to whom the omega confides and shares clothes. They share a love of family at all costs.
This book contains basically the same story told with slightly different details 4 times. One story plot line asks the question can one woman can have three guys at once. Another story plot vaguely asks if an outcast alpha man who has the beginnings of a serious drinking problem can find love and redemption through insta love with a hot omega. This question is never quite addressed fully. The other story plot lines are similar. I ended up skimming over most of the book. If reading the same trope over and over and over again with a few different situations makes you happy, then this book might be good for you.
Human Omega Intriguing Shifter tale with a twist. When Kiedra is called home because her Mamma is dying, she doesn’t expect the secrets and lies she uncovers. Axe has loved Kiedra since they were little and acts as her support family when Sylvia finally passes away. Can Kiedra forgive Sylvia for the lies she was told? Will she and Axe find a way to be together in the aftermath of the Alpha contests? This story really kept me turning the pages, wanting to know what the outcome would be. I really enjoyed the final chapters. Omega’s Hybrid Intriguing Reverse Harem Shifter Tale. This well-written storyline had lots of action, danger, passion and romance. The main characters are all strong, independent shifters who for one reason or another have left their packs and bonded together. I enjoyed this story. Omega’s Wolves Exciting Reverse Harem Shifter Romance! I enjoyed this story. The main characters were all stubborn but with different personalities and deserved to be together. The storyline had action, betrayal, despair and romance. Well worth the read. Omega’s Claim Different outlook on Alpha and Omega relationships. Omega bear meets Alpha wolf and all hell breaks loose. This is a delightful story with a few twists to make it even more interesting. I enjoyed the final chapters.
Omegas In Heat: A Four Book Box Set By J.L. Wilder, Sky Winters. 5 Stars*****
Whether your into wolves or bears you'll find yourself immersed in 4 awesome stories that will leave you somewhat breathless...
The Omegas in these stories are some really tough cookies. And the Alphas are definitely swoon worthy. They are some Hot Sexy Shifters who go to great odds to protect their Omegas.

Omega’s In Heat is a four book box set by authors J.L. Wilder & Sky Winters. Amazing author- truly talented!! Anywho, these four books are definitely worth the read!! In each one you follow the journey of an Omega (very special female shifter) - betrayals, unjust rules and just some plain BS!! However they come across alpha males that are sinfully delicious in every way. Now the real journey can begin!! Hold on tight and make sure you have extra batteries on hand(wink)!! Enjoy!!
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
This is a great Four book collection of paranormal romance. The authors bring strong hunky Alpha's protecting their omega's. Each book has it's own hot couple with their own story to tell. There's tons of action and adventure in these exciting stories and enough steam to melt your kindle. You'll have hours of reading pleasure with this set. I loved each book and would recommend this set.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
The stories in these books were good. However, it felt like reading the same book over and over. Same plot line and the same actions by both n and H. And the editing was atrocious. The details of the scene were not consistent. For example, they ran for miles to the cabin; however, the next morning they get in the car to drive home. They left the car behind. Names would change from one sentence to the next. I did finish these books.
This box set will keep you going I just love reading series like this ! You do not have to wait for the next book and each story is a standalone with HEA so get ready to sit back and enjoy ! There is plots , twists and turns danger along with fated mates ! Everything any paranormal reader would want is in this set ! Well written and recommended to all !
In this box set we met four Omegas and their mates. Book 1 - The Omega Hybrid - the love story of Echo and her mates ( Jack, Cutter and Nick. Book 2 - The Human Omega - the love story of Kiedra and Ace Book 4 - The love story wAnna and her mates (Caine, Daniel and Tristan). Book 4 - Omega's Claim the story of Juniper and Garrett.
All the books were good. They kept you interested in finding out what was going to happen next. They did have a few twists that I didn't expect but made the books hold your attention. There were quite a few typos and some sentences that had double words when there shouldn't have been any.
This book was fun and interesting. I enjoyed all of it very much. For some reason I wonder do you get paid by the word or not have proof readers. There are either a lot of typos or just excess words that don't mean anything to the story. Still really good stories.
The first 3 books were great. They just had some minor pronoun issues. It's the 4th book that was a horrendous read. It had so many errors with the wording, the pronouns, the grammar. Words were miss used or missing. I had to force myself to finish what could have been a great book. This author has great potential.
But I wish for consistency in the ways of the omegas. 1 it was 9 days and pop out babies the next 4 months the story lines are great just wish for consistency
This was an excellent box set. They entertaining and captivating. They were sweet and heartwarming. The storyline were spot on. The steamy scenes were hot. The endings were fantastic.
I really hate heroines who walk into trouble. Yes...the entire clan is after me but I can get away! Duh. I find it annoying and it happened frequently in this book. It was just ok.
Great read different spins on the books none are the same or connected in any way...could be stand alone novels...bear vs wolves, good vs bad, clean vs clans, I reccomend to all shifter loving readers ❤
I really liked each of these stories in their own way. All can stand on their own and there are no stories that intermingle and for once that was nice. I felt each story was ended with enough to feel like you got all the story.
Different shifter one has in these four books. These one has wanted more than what the alpha offered. So they took things into their own hands to come out on top. Highly recommended to the mature audiences
This boxed set was a pretty good read. The only reasons I took away one star is because of typos and a couple times the author got mixed up on whose point of view she was writing about. But other then that, I was happy with it.
Good stories,I love a character with a snarky attitude.I would recommend this box set to anyone who wants to curl up with a good story and forget your worries for awhile.
This anthology was great. Several very different stories but all spicy and HEAs. Lots of action and some intrigue, some unexpected twists with love and hope the end product.
Omegas in Heat by I L Wilder. 4 books, all the same story line but each a different story. These books grab you at the beginning and don't let go until the end. I highly recommend these books.
It's a pretty good collection. Some of the stories are a little confusing with details and some of the stories seem slow in their flow but the others make up fpr it.
Does it matter if you're the same species when abuse and control are for most in the relationship? Fates dictate you search for your mate. Once found you fight to keep the bond.
All four stories had so much potential to be good. If you don't mind grammar mistakes and mixing up names these books may be ok for you. I had a really hard time getting through some parts due to the errors, but did complete the set.
They all have an all macho alpha, while the omegas are tough, they do have a slight damsel in distress situation going when they find their perfect for them alpha or alphas. Did dock a star due to each story having either spelling or grammar issues.
