Fia is a violinist and has a stalker. Vito is her bodyguard but wants to be much more. He plans to keep her safe from her stalker and become her daddy. Fast-paced read with intense drama and suspense. Amazing characters and a story that draws you in from beginning to end. I loved it.

The book is about a woman(Fia) that wants to play the violin for she loves it but her family does not want to be a violinist. She starts to get fan mail and one that is stalking her every where she goes. She has bodyguards Now would be the time to get the book. I will being more from this author. Thank You for writing the books so we can read them.

Sa vie est en danger et elle a besoin de lui, mais elle est trop naïve pour croire qu'elle a suffisamment de protection.
Un incident a balayé cette pensée.
Il n'est peut-être pas l'homme le plus juste, et il ne prétend pas non plus avoir une morale irréprochable, mais Fia est convaincue qu'il est un homme bon, alors il fera semblant d'être quelqu'un de bien pour elle.
C'est sa fille chérie.
Il éliminera le harceleur qui est pour elle un cauchemar permanent. Vito combattra le feu par le feu.

Ce n'est pas que je ne veuille pas m'occuper de la femme que mon meilleur ami a épousée et qu'il aime toute sa vie, mais mentalement, je ne ressens rien pour elle. J'éprouve peut-être de la compassion pour elle à cause de son état, mais nous n'avons pas de lien personnel suffisamment fort pour que j'aie envie de l'aider.
Il y a des fils dans ma tête qui ne sont pas bien connectés, et je les ai cachés à l'armée pendant un certain temps. Personne ne connaît l'incapacité à établir des liens personnels avec laquelle je lutte depuis le début de mon adolescence.
Mes parents ont laissé derrière eux l'image d'un enfant asocial et d'un homme stoïque. Que je n'aie pas pris la peine de leur en parler ou que ce soit trop pénible, ils pensaient que j'étais un enfant perturbé, sans soutien psychologique.
Même Cyrus ignore que je souffre d'une maladie incurable, et les médicaments ne peuvent que réprimer l'envie de commettre des actes de violence envers des innocents en ville. J'avais trouvé un prétexte pour laisser éclater ma folie sur le champ de bataille lors de mon déploiement, mais ce côté violent avait été remplacé par un côté possessif et contrôlant.
Je dois garder Fia. C'est tout ce qui me reste, et elle aussi a besoin de moi. Je sais qu'elle en a besoin. Elle est en danger, et je n'étais pas là pour la protéger quand elle a failli mourir dans cette foutue voiture. Je jure sur ma vie que je punirai tous ceux qui lui ont fait du mal.
« Vito ? » Elle agite sa main devant mes yeux.
Je cligne des yeux et soupire, voyant son joli visage se tordre d'inquiétude tandis qu'elle se tient devant moi. Elle est trop jolie, et ses lèvres implorent les miennes, mais elle est timide et trop naïve pour savoir ce qu'elle veut.
Pas encore , me dis-je.
Comment quelqu'un peut-il avoir une voix aussi incroyable sans être chanteur ? Je trouve que je me sens mieux quand elle me parle ; tout va bien tant que sa voix me parvient. Si elle ne veut pas parler, alors son talent au violon fera l'affaire jusqu'à ce qu'elle ait envie de parler à nouveau.
C'est une addiction que je maîtrise. Elle ne mérite pas un animal sans entraves. Je guérirai, et elle découvrira que je suis le seul dont elle a besoin.
Pour sa sécurité, j'ai besoin d'elle dans cette cabane, et c'est aussi pour moi. Je sais que je me contrôlerai mieux si je peux être près d'elle pour trouver ce qui peut aider et ce qui ne peut pas aider la tique.
Je ricane intérieurement. Le tic-tac, c'est l'impulsion de la dominer, la démangeaison, l'amour fou que je ressens pour elle, et le désir, c'est la nécessité de me débarrasser de tous les hommes de sa vie.
Je peux être tout ce qu'elle veut. J'ai reçu une formation grâce à des missions d'infiltration. J'ai la connaissance de rôles que peu de gens ont accomplis, et j'ai la volonté de me transformer entièrement pour correspondre à l'image qu'elle se fait d'un mari.
Oui , je ricane intérieurement tandis qu'elle penche la tête sur le côté devant mon silence. Ce titre est le mien.

Si je devais m'autodiagnostiquer, je dirais que je réponds à l'un des critères d'un psychopathe. La violence a été un problème majeur pour moi, mais elle est mieux gérée que je ne l'aurais cru après avoir fréquenté Fia.
Mon chéri est une barrière et un tampon contre la véhémence rampante.
Je sors de mes pensées lorsque sa petite main se referme sur la poignée de la porte d'une pièce qui détient mon secret. Je lui saisis le poignet d'une poigne meurtrière, un bras autour de son épaule, l'autre main serrée sous sa mâchoire avec une prise écrasante, et une sensation de terreur indésirable me hurle aux oreilles.
« Cette pièce est interdite, Fia », je souligne en serrant plus fort sa mâchoire.
Elle grimace de douleur, ses yeux marron larmoyants me demandant innocemment pourquoi je lui fais du mal. Et je n'essaie pas, mais je veux qu'elle sache que c'est pour son bien. Elle aurait peur en ouvrant cette porte, et mon plan tomberait à l'eau.

This is the story of Veto and Fia. Veto is ones of Fias bodyguards because she has a stalker that they cant seem to find. I wont give too much away but I felt it was super rushed and pretty mild. Given the synopsis I thought the book would be alot more intense. I mean it could have been, I say many opportunities where the author could have done so much more. It felt really unfulfilled, I wasn't invested in the characters or their story. Plus the their conversations were way too simple and short to provide meaningful feelings for the readers to hold on to. I know this is an arc so it isn't the final draft but man the grammatical errors are plenty. How do you confuse hole with whole or sweep with sweet. So many times the word should have had the plural form but wasn't. There were too many errors not to mention it. All in all I was disappointed because I envision what the book could have been.

Fia is a young, famous violinist with a dangerous stalker. She is innocent and devoted to her music. Vito is an older man, her bodyguard. He is raw, honest, with some issues. His mission is to protect and control Fia. I like that Vito holds his possessive personality throughout the story. There is an undercurrent of mystery and danger from him and other sources. Fia is suitably naive and trusting - the perfect counterpoint to his commanding nature. This story is easy to understand and held my attention until the last page. I was surprised that a man with Vito’s experience had imperfections with his security system. But that added elements of tension and uncertainty. There is a warning about triggering content - drugging, dubious consent, etc. The characters were introduced well with a good plot and a satisfying ending. This is a delightfully dark romance that seduces the reader.

A new author to me. I like dark, as long smit doesn’t include self demeaning or sadistic type characters. This was a good read. The story is about Fia and Vito. Fia is a young, famous violinist with a dangerous stalker. Vito is Hired as her bodyguard. He is an older man, honest to a flat, ornery and blunt. He has a very dominant and commanding personality which seemingly fits Fia’s naive and trusting personality. The story had promise but I think the author missed a few key areas. Maybe. a beta reader as well as a proofing. There was a lot of reference to how well skilled Vito was in the area of protection yet his high tech security system was overridden several times. There is a warning re dubious consent so if that may be a trigger you may want to pass. Other then that, it was a pretty good experience.

couldn't put this book down until the last page. So very intense, adventurous, suspenseful, bit of a mystery, twists and turns and some steam for good measure. I thought I had the stalker all lined up but..... I was wrong. Fia is so very naive, sweet and so talented. Her life has been restless since a stalker had been harassing her for a long time. Vito is one of her bodyguards who has loved Fia for so long but has been waiting till she grew up. He still wanted her naive and only dependent on him. This is not a full blown D/s it's more of a protective Daddy who wanted her totally to himself. The story was so riveting that I could have read on and on. Fia is a talent violinist and now she's being stalked. When she is in an accident with her manager her regular bodyguard pulls a friend in to take over watching out for her. Vito is instantly drawn to Fia and knows that he will do anything to keep her safe and claim her as his own. As they spend time together Vito notices that Fia is a little and it brings out the Daddy dome in him. Will Vito be able to keep her safe? Will they still be together after her stalker is caught?
This is a great story and will draw you in from the first chapter on. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Fia, a violinist who has a stalker. Fia's usual bodyguard has to take time off because of his sick wife and Vito steps in. Fia has had a crush on Vito since she met the older man, but he is always professional. Vito wants Fia as his own and he wants to be her Daddy. When Vito has to relocate Fia for her safety, he knows it is time to tell her she is his and he will care for her. I liked this story, i liked Vito, even if he was so dominate and wanted to keep Fia to himself. I think Fia could get Vito to do anything for her and i think she really cared for him. Good one.

Another book by Celia Crown that had me gripped from page one...it was filled with suspense that had you wondering through out the book who was the stalker.

What can I say about Vito and Fia? Vito is a very dark character but has always wanted Fia and as she comes under stress from a long time stalker he is the one to be her protector. Fia is a naive girl who loves playing her violin. She calms Vito. A dark love story but very enjoyable. Was not seeing the ending with the stalker's unveiling! A good intriguing storyline which kept me interested until the final page. Recommended.

Wow! This book was NOTHING like I expected. Total opposite, great read! Fia is a violinist who is being stalked. Vito wants to keep her safe. He was in the military & has a dark past He actually stalks her for years. He takes her & puts her in a secluded home where he can be with her & only her. He tries to keep her safe only to find out the actual stalker has found where we is staying. What a turn of events. Read to find out who he stalker is!

If you will go in open-minded, this book is steamy and amazing and will push your boundaries and leave you breathless!

Fia is a professional violinist and she finds herself with a stalker. Her current body guard decides to step down after Fia is in an accident and he was not there to possibly protect her. In walks Mr. Vito. Fia has always had a crush on this older man but with him now working for her, that is a line drawn, right? Mr. Vito has always had his eye on Fia, now is his chance but it looks like he has a stalker to catch first. What a dark and twisted story but a good one. Enjoy!

This was my first book by this author, and I could not put it down. Fia is a young, famous violinist with a dangerous stalker. She is innocent and devoted to her music. Vito is an older man, her bodyguard with protective issues who wants Fia all to himself. This book was captivating from the start and holds your attention until the end. Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. I could not put the book down, it was a short read where it left you wanting more. Fia is a young, sweet, naive and a violinist has a bad stalker. Vito is ex-military and Fias bodyguard.

a good story
Vito and Fia have a strange relationship. I found it difficult to read at times. I thought it dragged on at times. But once the relationship started it was strong. There are twists and turns that I didnt always understand and never truly got explained.

This could have been a 4 star book. It starts out leaning towards the dark side but the climax hits and there's no down curve to the happily ever after. It ubruptly goes to an epilogue. It just feels like there should have been more. That said it was a good story. Enjoy.

When I started reading this story, I could not put it down. I read the book in one day. This author is an awesome writer. I can not wait to read more of their books. Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book.

This is a very interesting well-written story of woman being stalked and needs his help. The character's relationship moves from there into a very steamy relationship that mystery, danger, steam and a HEA. A must read Daddy story that the characters are written with history, flaws and grow.

This was a great book! Vito is a hot older controlling alpha daddy who needs to protect Fia at all costs. This story keeps you on your toes and guessing on what is going to happen next.

This book was a dark romance with twist and turn you will not believe. The characters were so good together, it was like they were made for each other.
