Vicky Earle is the author of the Meg Sheppard Mystery Series and a recipient of a Canada Book Award. The fast-paced, action-packed mysteries unfurl within the worlds of thoroughbred horse racing and country living. Meg's beloved border collie, Kelly, is a favourite character with readers.
Vicky draws on her many years of experience as an owner and breeder (together with her husband) of thoroughbred racehorses, as well as her life on a small horse farm.
She was CEO of the Ontario SPCA for several years.
The second book was nominated for an award and the third is an award winner. The fourth was released in November 2021.
Vicky has a diploma from the Canadian Institute of Children's Literature and has completed several writing courses. She is a member of Sisters in Crime (National) and Sisters in Crime, Toronto Chapter, and a member of the Uxbridge Writers' Circle.

I thoroughly enjoyed all three books and can recommend them to cosy mystery fans. Such a satisfying read and lovely setting, with my favourite character of all being Kelly! Hoping there will be more in this series?
