A series I want to see more from.

I like this story, a girl raised as an orphan, failed marriage, sexy partner. There are lots of holes and
I would like to read more of Galina and Garruss’ story. It seemed to end too suddenly. Left a few unfinished story lines for such a short story.

This is a brilliant story, and I wish it was longer. It’s well written with danger, a cheating husband, a serial killer on the loose and a hot dragon with a happily ever after ending. The characters are amazing. Galina is an alien female on Earth and is married to Darren. She’s a detective for a galactic agency with a partner, Garrus who is a dragon and unbeknownst to her, her soulmate. When she finds out on thanksgiving that her husband is cheating on her she is heartbroken but Garrus is there to comfort her. Fast forward a year and her divorce is finally over and Galina and Garrus are working on a serial killer case. When the killer leads them into a trap Galina is horrified to find out their identity, she just hopes Garrus arrives in time to save her.

It’s Thanksgiving and Gilina has a wonderful meal prepared for human husband and their friends and family right down to a real turkey. But no one shows up but him and he’s late; asking for a divorce. A year later all heck breaks loose on a case she’s working on. Partners become more, exes do too. Interesting and fun

Gilina (h), an alien interplanetary homicide detective, thinks that she has the perfect life until her husband shatters their happiness on Thanksgiving Day. With the help of her work partner, Garrus, she manages to get through the following year and finds herself drawn to him as more than just a coworker. Gilina will learn a lot about herself as they work a case together. Interesting alien romance story with a little bit of intrigue.

the cover is what drew me in and getting into this story, I really enjoyed getting to the plot of the book and it worked so well as a scifi story. The characters were what I hoped for and am really glad I read this. I look forward to read more from the authors.
