Victoria Pershing and Jewel Stone are childhood friends that grew up together on the Westside of Detroit. As life evolved into adulthood, their lives took on different paths. Victoria is a News Reporter for a local new station while Jewel is a popular hairstylist. Both women are widely known throughout the city but for different reasons. Although their worlds of mayhem are in contrast, the women share struggles of living up to their worldly perceptions. Victoria must live up to the image of being in a perfect relationship amongst turmoil. Jewel appears to have beauty and booty online while suffering with self esteem issues. What will the women do when their separate troubles almost crash and burn with one another? Will the women be able to maintain their childhood friendship?
