Captains Log - loved this book!
I really enjoyed reading this book to my children. It’s smartly written, and it was fun enough to keep my children’s attention while also teaching them about Captain Moroni. The author kept to the scriptural story and did a great job of bringing context to what was happening in the lives of the Nephites/Lamanites, and how their story can teach us today. We really enjoyed the captain log summaries at the end of each chapter. I feel the best part is that my children will understand the Book of Mormon more as they study it on their own.
