I love to read MC romances. I’ve just always enjoyed reading about the tightness of the MC brothers and the way they love their women. I love it so much that I have always wanted to write one. However, being a short story romance author, it seemed impossible to build an in-depth storyline like most MC romance series, but I wanted to give it a try. Therefore, I present to you my version of an MC romance. I’m borrowing the term MC Lite from Frankie Love. It is heavy on the motorcycle club sense of family, it has lots of alpha men and the curvy women that love them. However, it is a little lite on the drama and most violence is handled off-page. I sincerely hope you like it.

We get to see what happened to brick and that drama. Brick meets Madison at the bar the brothers were visiting he already called dibs lol  before he can even talk more with her they are jumped and Madison steps in and helps knocking out a rival MC with a bat. Putting herself in danger, Brick takes her back to the clubhouse and tries to keep her their. Shes not shocked at the activity in the clubhouse but she tries to pull away because she knows she has to leave.

Brick already informed her she isn't leaving him.. shes his to protect.

Im upset we never got to see what happend with the rival club... it just mentioned in epilogue that they took care of them. I wonder whos next??

I also got this as an ARC.

No om/ow drama, no cheating, tiny drama, sexy times, slight secondary charas, No virgins (idk if he was a manwhore)

Madison es una camarera en el bar de carretera. Su noche era una como otra cualquiera hasta que aquel hombre y sus compañeros entraron. Ella no puede dejar de mirarlo, y cuando ve que esté en peligro por alguna razón ella lo ayuda. Brick no puede sentirse más marica que viendo que tiene que ser ayudado por una pequeña cosita de bar porque tres tipos lo están apaleando. Hasta que le echa un buen vistazo a Madison y sabe que se dejaría pegar mil veces si ella lo salvase cada una de ellas.

Estoy acostumbrada a la velocidad anormalmente rápida de las historias de esta autora. Es decir, soy fan de las historias cortas pero esta mujer las lleva a otro nivel de supervelocidad. Pero esto, esto se ha pasado. Creo que en 4 páginas ha hecho historia y como final nos da un epílogo dos años después y comete los mocos con eso. Igual es pasarse un poco sabes? Una cosa es una historia rápida y absurda, que por absurda que sea te parece adorable, y otra que no te dé tiempo ni a aprenderte los nombres de los personajes porque la historia empezó y acabó en un parpadeo.
Aún así, no le doy mala nota porque estas historias son para lo que son, para pasar el rato.

Holy short MC Brick!!! Hope Ford has been a one click author for me for a while now and I love MC stories so Hope Ford writing an MC series...OMG!! Brick and Madison's love story is one of instaeverything. An incredibly fast moving story. A safe MC with absolutely no cheating, no abuse, no ow/om drama. A very Happily Ever After

Brick sees Madison working at the club he and his MC own when they end up getting jumped. When Madison jumps in to protect him, he knows she is the one for him. Now he has to get the feisty women to see he is worth taking a chance on.

I liked this one the best so far in the series. Brick is intense and I liked he was off kilter with Madison. Great story.

Super Short story, instalove, same day sex, next morning talking about getting her pregnant, same day living together, next week married...etc... Watered down MC plot line. Much too rushed to be fulfilling. Bite sized romance read.

Plot: One night when the guys are out at a bar, a fight starts, and Madison saves Brick. After that, of course he has to take her home with him. She doesn't necessarily want to go at first, though. But now she's in danger from the people she saved Brick from and she'll need his protection.

Commentary: This one was fun - the girl saving the guy this time. I always like it when there's a little twist on a trope (not a big twist, mind you - they're tropes for a reason!). Brick was a great hero, alpha enough to satisfy, enlightened enough to give his woman what she needed.

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read. I absolutely love it.

Brick/Ben meets Madison when he stops at a bar after “taken care of someone“ for Sniper. Madison is the waitress and Brick spots her right away. The rival Fallen Kings jump them from behind, Brick has three guy on him when Madison takes one out with a baseball bat. Now Brick must protect her, so he takes her back with him, but she doesn’t want to go. They argue about her going back to her own home, but he tells he she need to be protected. She finally give in but wants it to be one night. Brick takes her to his room, and calls church in the morning. He tell her she can go to his home once he knows it’s safe and she assumes he has a wife or girlfriend. He tries to go to a different room to sleep but she tells him to stay. They talk about each other’s past and he finds out she has no one. Brick is woke because Madison has a nightmare and he cuddles her. She tells him she wants him and he tells her he wants her too. The next morning Brick is woken when someone knocks for church. He tells her to stay but she tells him she’s leaving. She refuses to listen to him so he distracts her by pleasuring her and misses church. Madison gets a call from her boss tell her she’s fired. Someone tells him it’s time for church so he escorts her back to him room. He hands her a large envelope and tells her to look at it while he’s gone. Madison opens and sees applications for college he tells her she can go somewhere or take classes online. He fine with it as long as she doesn’t leave him. Madison looks at the brochures until she’s hungry they leaves to get something to eat, except someone stops her and tells her she can’t leave they need to get Brick. Brick finds her in the kitchen making a sandwich, so she makes him one. Avery comes over and interrupts their conversation to take Madison to get different clothes. Later he takes her to his house, the Fallen Kings on the run. Two years later Madison only has a month left until she graduates. She pregnant, they were married only a few weeks after meeting.

When Brick sees a beautiful woman waiting tables at a bar he an two of his brothers are at he calls dibs.When she;s getting beers for them hes pulled out of his chair by two men an a third is beating him his brothers are getting their hands dirty too.Then out of no where the beauty smashes the guy hitting him in the head with a baseball bat.That gives Brick the time to take the others down an he grabs the girl an takes her with them .Madison says shamelessly stay when her friend says go with them.There are so many twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes and makes you feel their emotions and their pain.I can hardly wait to see what;s next by this multi talented author.

Brick/Ben is the Sergeant in arms of the exiled guardians Mc. One night he is out at a bar with some of his brothers when they attacked by a rival gang and who comes to his rescue but the bartender he had been eyeing all night. Madison just walloped a guy over the head to save the hottest biker she’s ever seen. To protect her he takes her back to his clubhouse where things heat up between them. I loved this book so much! Hope’s books are some of my favorite. They are always quick and sexy. They always end in a HEA. Her Mc books are so good. I can’t wait to read more. You should definitely pick this book up and all her others. I highly recommend.

Brick is book two in the ‘’exiled guardians’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters loveable and the storyline enjoyable. When Brick gets into a sticky situation, he is saved by a young woman. A woman he wants as his own. Madison never expected to find love after saving a biker. When the chance for them to be together arises will Madison give love a chance?
The chemistry between Madison and Brick is clear to see and I liked them as a couple.
I really liked the ending of this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Super quick and definitely in the words of the author MC light, Brick was a cute read. Madison is a waitress in a bar. She notices Brick the moment he comes in with his club brothers. When they get jumped, Madison jumps in and hits one of Brick's attackers. Worried about her and totally into the adorable woman, Brick takes her back to the clubhouse. Now that he has her there, he is never going to let her go. I liked the writing style and the characters, I just felt the ending was abrupt. I was hoping for a little more story as I was just getting to know these two. I will definitely check out more from this author, I just hope they have a bit more length. 3.5 stars for Brick.

Love this series and this book.... cant wait to start the next book
Madison is a server at a small town bar, as soon as Brick walks in she notices him. Brick and 2 others sit in her section, when she if off getting their drinks the men are attacked and jumped from behind. Without even thinking she grabs a bat and helps Brick.
Brick doesnt know what it is about this girl but he wants her, he cant let he go. He cant believe she even help him with the guy who jumped him.

Meh.
Nothing really exciting happened it was just an instant lust (that they think is love) with talk of drama (but all happened off page as usual with these).
These "bikers" are a little pathetic, really. I thought Madison might have fought a bit more around the whole being owned, but nope, 4 hours later, and they have sex all night, and she is good with everything 🙄🙄🙄 women power from this author.
At least it took them 2 years before pregnancy occurred.

She has his back also

Brick is a delicious bite sized morsel of so much MC protective Alpha goodness. But Brick(aka Ben) is not the only strong one as Madison shows she can definitely take care of some business herself and knows how to come out swinging.

Brick is getting drinks with his brothers when a rival club attacks. He’s fighting off 3 guys when waitress Madison has to come and save him. To keep her safe from the rival clubs revenge he takes her to the clubhouse.

This story is basically 2 days then jumps forward 2 years. Would’ve liked to see more of their relationship.

Baseball bat

She hits the 3rd man that has ganged up on him. Helping him and he and his other brothers take care of the rival mc club. They take off and he takes her with hi to the clubhouse. They fight on an off during g the next couple's of days. Deep down she wants him and finally accepts that he does care for her.

I loved this short story! The instant attraction between the 2 characters was steadily built upon by the author. I loved the female lead character stepping in and helping the lead male character. The story was so descriptive I could easily envision the scenes playing out in front of me! Great, sweet, HOT read. I’d definitely recommend.

Ben and Madison

The last thing Ben, AKA, Brick expected when he went to a bar out of town with his MC brothers was to get jumped by a rival club or that pretty waitress he had been eyeing save them with her baseball bat. Now he has a reason to take her and protect her but what she doesn't know is that he intends to keep her forever. Highly recommended
