Even tho this was written in 1993, the content is about food. If you want to know what it's made of, it's in here. I don't think I'll ever eat pepperoni again...80% fat and 20% sodium, basicly. Anyway. it has stuff like that in the book.
If you have food allergies, it can be of help. Fun to browse through.
