Quality content without being too difficult to read or overly simplistic. A bit too focused on human reproduction for my area of study but general principles are taught well. Happy folliculogenesis, folks!

Started lecture preparation in December and just finished teaching reproductive physiology today. Safe to say that I may have this bad boy memorized at this point!

As a board-certified theriogenologist, I find this book is a MUST-HAVE for undergraduate students, residents, graduate students, and instructors. Dr. Senger, provide easy-to-follow illustrations for different concepts. Indeed, there are updates and new concepts each now and then, but currently, it provides a good entry foundation to animal reproductive physiology.

Read for class, good material. Should’ve been more focused on animal pregnancy and parturition.
