When a nightclub in Munich is bombed by terrorists just days before Tracy starts her spring break vacation from West Point, the U.S. government's special task force asks her to join the team they're sending to Germany.
They're hoping to stir up those terrorists and make them scramble. The team already has one witch plus a couple of werewolves. Having Tracy along will provide them with some added firepower.
When she asks her soulmate John if he's okay with going with her, he replies, "Germany? Werewolves? Maybe some terrorists? What's not to like?"
P. G. Allison has always loved stories about female characters with special powers (Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Bionic Woman, Batgirl) along with stories about witches and werewolves. The Missy the Werecat Series is about a girl growing up with no pack, no pride of other werecats and no Alpha; Missy is a girl with fantastic abilities doing great things in today's world, amongst humans. Other books in this paranormal, new adult, urban fantasy series have Missy going on to West Point and eventually serving in the Special Forces.
WOW! Great storyline and love the action. I hope we get the story about Missy taking over the New England pack. That is probably a really good tale. Concentrating on Tracy and the fun she has using her powers is fun, but she never gets the credit for her pyrotechnics! This time Oliver got that credit. Hearing about the other characters and catching up with them was great and I am glad Jesse found his love interest. I would recommend this story to any adult reader who enjoys some wonderful mayhem and great humor!
I have loved all of the Missy the werecat series, but was dubious about this one as it was about Tracy, Missy's best friend and fire witch. Decided to get around to reading it as book 2 has just come out. This ties in with an earlier adventure from Missy's perspective so fits the series really well, while giving Tracey some of the limelight. Missy makes a couple of appearances throughout, but the focus is squarely on Tracy. It is well worth the read and I will be starting in book 2 now.
Terrorists beware!!! The story was slow to start but with a fantastic finish!! Terrorists have bombed a bar in Germany and are threatening to continue to bomb other places. During the first bombing 2 werewolves were killed and The weres and the witches and a strong group of paranormals investigates! Tracy the Focus of the title is not alone in special skills as you find out as each of those traveling from the US to Germany prove and it is with great teamwork that they "convince " the terrorists to cease and desist ! No spoilers!
Tracie and John are called by the P agency to hunt down terrorists.
Tracie the fire witch and her boyfriend John are called on to help guard Candice and Oliver on a trip to Europe. Candice is generals niece and had been kidnapped the year before by the WIJO And Tracie, Oliver, and Missy had freed her. With Oliver being a finder witch the P agency was using the tour to bring out a group of bombers. He was to find them Candice was to bring the press in and Tracie and friends were to catch them. Sounds simple but isn’t
This book was great loved reading about the trouble tracy and phone got up to hope there will be more to come but I am also hope that missys will get more stories as well i hope missys will heal Robert's wife so they may have a child some day I know they are an older couple but I just think it would be a good gift for all the support he has given her
Great read for fans of Missy the Werecat. However, if the reader isn't up to speed on the characters of the Missy series (can't wait for the next one!), then the opening chapters are confusing. I know the author had a short time for character and plot introduction, but this could be a turnoff for some new readers. Finally, could have had more of Tracy's abilities. WOW.
The next story in the Missy the Werecat series. This book features her West Point friend Tracy, who is a powerful fire witch, and Missy's brother's soul mate. They help the FBI's P branch fight terrorism. A great story in a series I highly recommend.
O M G !!! The saga continues only from a different angle
You start with Missy the werecat and go from there. Next thing you know you'll want every book in the series and want to be on the list for the next book in line. Non stop action, suspense, intrigue, disbelief...the list goes on.
If you want a good and exciting read, you'll get this series.
A good portion of this book is a word for word repeat of portions of _Missy the Werecat: Operation Demon Lore_, book seven of the "Missy the Werecat" Series. The non-copied portion of this book concern the Germany Team's operations to apprehend the WIJO terrorists operating there and the Germany Team's contribution to Operation Demon Lore.
Although this is book one in this series, there are a lot of references to "Missy the Werecat" series, so I would suggest start there, before reading this book, and it will make a whole lot more sense. The P group has expanded and are utilizing the talents of their various members to their fullest. So Germany, terrorists and supernaturals, what's not to like?
Another entry in the same series we know and enjoy. This book as you can guess from the title gives a new point of view as the story continues. Same style, characters, and tone making for an entertaining read.
This book was on par with Missy the Werecat. Since I have read Missy's books twice already, I will have no problem doing the same with this one. Can't wait to see what's coming next.
Same Great World, Just From The Supporting Character Viewpoint
Great to read things from Tracy's point of view. Looking forward to more great books. John is a trip as always, Jesse and Linda hooking up, the Fabulous Fates at work again.
Loved the book! I was able to listen to it in one sitting!! I loved the fact that they gave Tracy her her own book. It was great. Tracy was able to show that she can work independently of Missy but still have the same support. She is powerful in her own right!!
As rich as Musty The Werecat is as a series this just adds to the story. The interaction between characters is great especially when they are thinking up things to reach their goals.
What a pleasant surprise! I found this book while searching for the next Missy book. This event was referred to in 8th Missy book. This was a more detailed accounting. I enjoyed and recommend this novella.
If you enjoyed the Missy series (Missy the werecat You will like this one. No extended love scenes (I liked this better, I prefer to use my imagination) If you haven't read the Missy series, check the out, I've read all published (at least twice)
If you loved the Missy werecat/witch series, then you’ll also love this series about her witch friend Tracy. Tracy also excels in kicking bad guy butt & taking bad guy names! Read this book, you WILL be glad you did! :)
Tracy and team are trying to find the ones responsible for the bombing in Germany! They finally find there locations and take them down! Part are turned over to the German authorities and 3 others are used to put on a show!
