Antonio Del Duca is a high performance athlete. He has participated in more than 70 championships among them, we can mention 14 world championships, 8 international championships and around 48 championships and pre-national check-ups in his native Venezuela, his best position in the world has been number five and his best position in America to date has been the first place in the modalities of Dynamic Apnea with fins and first South American position in Dynamic Apnea without fins.He was Apnea Instructor of the Special Operations group of the Venezuelan Navy from 2008 to 2016, where he had the honor of graduating countless naval commanders. In 2009 he wrote the study plan for the amphibious reconnaissance course of The School of Special Operations (Commands of Sea). Del Duca founded the American School of Apnea Freedive Gravedad Cero in 2008; and since then he has not stopped to specialize in the art of apnea and its correct learning by developing and teaching the necessary courses for the training of apneists, trainers and instructors.In his personal achievements he has several recognitions. Among the most important we can mention a presidential award Honor to the Sports Merit, several plaques of recognition issued by Miranda State. Similarly Del Duca has been awarded with the mention Honor to the Sports Merit given by the governor of that state; as well as several recognitions by the distinguished School of Special Operations of the Navy in the performance of his functions as instructor in the afore mentioned government entity. Antonio has given more than 12 years of life in his eagerness to be a better athlete, instructor and trainer. This eagerness has led him to write this book, in which he expressed the dream that always longed to leave a legacy of his experience as an athlete to the new generations; in order to allow them to advance at a safe and healthy pace in this discipline
