Disclaimer: I have an extremely good understanding of Greek mythology (300+h played in Age of Mythology AND I have a book on Iliad & Odyssiad), so I might be a bit nitpicky.

This Goethe guy has absolutely no clue what he's writing about, omg. Confusing Greek and Roman deity names? Pathetic.
I have also never heard of this Iphigenie character, so she's probably made up. A human woman? With some agency? Please. Super unrealistic and offensively anachronistic.
Also unrealistic: two dudes with swords being able to resist the urge of fighting one another? Has JWG even opened AoM once??

tl;dr
Completely INSANE story with no worth whatsoever. @Goethe please consider doing something else with your time

Read it in class, it’s fine and rather easy to read, but so far I haven’t fully understood if there is a deeper meaning and if so in what way…
