This book brought a lot of drama and skeletons out of the closet... I mean it was shaking everyone's closet and emptying it out... Even those that we thought were innocent... I did have a problem with this book constantly repeating things over and over... This really pulled away from the storyline for me... It become frustrating to read at times because I was like okay I read this 5 other times I get it... Then there was the constant mix up of Blaise and Zenon names... I had to keep pausing to figure out exactly which character was the author talking about... This really made the read feel a bit rocky and not as smooth as I would have liked it... But at least we had things to grab my attention with the storyline...
I see how Sapphire was trying to hold on to her morals and not take advantage of what she had with Blaise... She kept pushing back and he kept pushing himself in her life... Blaise was going out of his way to prove to her that he really wants to be there for his son and help her out as well... He just happened to be stuck in a relationship that he was having a hard time trying to figure out how to get out of... No matter how much Blaise and Sapphire tried to keep it strictly as co parenting... The chemistry and attraction was like a magnet that kept pulling them together...
Adeya is Blaise wife... This was an arranged marriage... And no matter how much time has gone by... They never fell in love with eachother... Adeya makes it hard for Blaise to even put forth the effort to make it work... She is spoiled and looks down on others... She is lazy and all she does is shop and get massages... But complains about Blaise being at work... And to top it all off... She is always taking pictures for her followers on social media to let it be known that she is rich and living the good life and is happy... but Blaise is not happy... She is also sleeping around on her husband with his best friend... Like come on woman...
Orion is a horrible man... He is out here doing women dirty and for his own gain... Then when it all hits the fan he wants to run and tuck his tail and hide his hands like he did nothing wrong... His jealousy for his best friend is just crazy... And now we see that everything he has done is slowly coming back on him...
Jade is Sapphire sister... I can not stand her and how she is willing to do her own family and all for money... don't say you love your family... Then do this to them... Now look at what she did... All because her sister didn't want to ask Blaise for money for her because she didn't trust her right now... I mean come on.... How can she be gone for months with absolutely no communication with her family... Then come back around one day and expect them to go out of their way for her.... Girl bye... sit down somewhere... But as we can see... Her decisions are slowly catching up to her and she is about to lose everything...
Now that everything is coming to a head and secrets are out, people are finally getting what they deserve... It just sucks that so many innocent lives are being caught in the middle of it all... Now to check out part 3 to see how this will all end...

Now it’s the waiting game
Omg the second part was as good as the first. I’m happy for Sapphire and Zenon. She deserves everything. Blaise is really a good guy and I’m happy he’s getting closer to being happy in life. I hope Orion get what he deserves. Adeya was such a privileged, in titled, useless, excuse for a women of stature and wife. I would never think to sleep with my husbands best friend. She didn’t deserve to die but I guess it was better than what her father would have done. Jade, Jade, Jade...Look what you’ve done, all for the love of money. I hope she gets what she deserves. I need part 3 like NOW!!!!

Whaaaaaaaaat!!!
I absolutely refuse to fell sorry for Adeya or Orion but my heart is crying out for Jason because he's a good father and grandfather. Jade...I can't wait until her actions catch up with her because she's just evil and selfish. Barron is just uhhh and I don't blame Blaise for putting him in a crappy nursing home. Hopefully Aubree doesn't end up like Autumn trying to get up with Ahmad and repair her relationship with Jayceon who I hope don't get jammed up in Jade and Rich's scheme. Hassan nor Ahmad isn't playing any games about Adeya. I hope that Vivian ends up having more loyalty to Blaise than Hassan when everything hits the fan.

How cruel can you be to kidnap your own nephew and leave your father for dead. Jade needs to burn in hell and Orion as well. I don't consider her a human being. I'm glad Blaise got to confront his father, now he will have to deal with his son being kidnapped. What a mess? Sapphire's mother is quite the character. How can you treat your kids that horrible. I wonder what her end game is. Please don't keep us waiting too long for next installment.

Another Great Read!
Even though I found a few errors while reading, it didn't take away from the story. I am so glad that everyone that did something bad against Sapphire or Blaise, the truth is coming out of something bad is happening to them! I would never wish harm to anyone, but some of the stuff the characters are doing in this book, well let's just say, Karma is a Bitch! I definitely recommend this book to everyone!

You Can’t Trust Anyone
Damn part 2 was good from beginning to end. You can’t trust anyone everyone is slimy. Orion deserves everything he gets, if he lives his nose will never be the same 😁. I wish Blaze father could go to jail, but the shape he is in mentally he may not know why he is there. Jade and her mother are a piece of work. I hope nothing happens to Zenon. I need Ahmad, Hassan, Rich, Jade and auntie all to get what they deserve. Can’t wait to read the next book.

Good book
I am loving this series. I gave it a 4 star rating because of errors. There are a few times when the author was talking about Zen but used Blaise’s name instead. Other than that this book had me anticipating the next moves. Jealousy is ruling all evil in this book. I am new to this author and I am glad I decided to give her a chance.

This Is A Good Book To Read
This is the second book. It keep you on your toes. I love how the father takes responsibility as soon as he find out he have a child. So much is happening, once you start reading you will be surprise how the story will go. I am ready for book three to come out.
