His Alpha's Alpha

Rate this book
Ethan has been flirting with Nick, the hot alpha photographer who visits his coffee shop, for a few weeks when they make an accidental connection that throws Ethan into an early heat. With an alpha at his side, dealing with his heat should be a simple matter, but there's just one problem: arrogant alpha Corey Masters, real estate heir, reality TV star, tabloid regular...and Nick's boyfriend.

Nick wants Ethan, and Ethan wants Nick. Corey wants nothing to do with omegas, but there's no way in hell he's going to leave his lover alone with a stranger. Could there be a future for the three of them, or will two alphas be too many for Ethan to handle?

This is a non-shifter M/M/M menage romance with the heat level turned up to 11, featuring knotting, male pregnancy, and an HEA ending with no cliffhangers.

These three had a very interesting dynamic. Nick and Corey are both Alpha's and have been in an open relationship for thirteen years. Nick has been flirting with Ethan (an omega) for a few months and when they finally get their act together, it's pretty much insta-love.

So where does Corey fit into this new love? Well he is the more complicated character and took time to warm up too. He’s rude and arrogant and generally doesn’t like omegas, so while he’s more than a bit prickly towards Ethan to begin with, he does want Nick to be happy. The story mainly revolves around Corey’s integration into the threesome. He starts as a bit of an outsider, watching and being watched… which is pretty damn hot!

It was one of the most erotic and intimate experiences of Ethan’s life; he wavered between feeling like an outsider, like he shouldn’t be there at all, and feeling like he and Nick were connected so deeply that Corey was fucking them both. Nick moved his hand to rest on the mattress between them, and Ethan covered it with his own. Nick smiled, and then his eyes rolled back in his head as Corey changed the angle again.

In fact all the sex was really hot, which I have come to expect from shifter novels, but it's always a relief when it's delivered.

The world this is set in is very clever and unique. I hear it's what Cameron usually writes and I really liked it. This is set in the modern day with modern jobs, modern expressions and modern ethics, but is populated with shifters: Alphas, Betas and Omegas (post review add. These characters are actually human, not shifters, but still A/B/O). It was interesting to read about things such as ‘Omega Rights’ and how they are trying to eliminate stereotypes of being hormone crazed people. They were all very ‘modern’ human rights concepts, which aren't that common in shifter world's as, ‘that's just what omega's are’. I thought the merging of the two concepts was done exceptionally well.

I’ll definitely be reading more by this author! It was a fun easy read, if you like the A/O dynamic give this a go, just be prepared for Corey’s attitude ;-).

Spoiler Ahead I was given an advance copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This was a short quick read that I liked. Ethan is an omega who works in a coffee shop and has been flirting with a customer Nick who is an Alpha and a photographer. When Nick ask Ethan to pose for him they accidentally bond and right before his live in boyfriend Corey walks in. This was a good read this was my first time reading this author's work. The sex scenes in the book were hot. I did have a problem with the end of the book I felt it was more to the book and maybe its a part two. This book was well written with on errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

4.25 Stars!
I really enjoyed His Alpha's Alpha. The writing was smooth and the story interesting. It features non-shifting alpha's and an omega, and all the usual accompaniment that come with a shifter story: insta-love, knotting, m-preg, red hot sex...and yeah, it's a MMM. I ended up liking all three MC's very much (although it took a bit of time with Corey).
This was a very enjoyable and quick read, but for a MMM (which I'll admit I don't usually read), it was really good!
Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this one! While I wish it was a bit longer and we got to know them all a bit more - especially Corey (just took me longer to warm up to him I guess, which makes sense with the story and how it's told), this was sweet and fun and very sexy.

Great omega verse world building, loved how respectful Nick was with Ethan and the situation.

Another hot story set in Cameron's interesting world

I like the premise Cameron uses for her alpha, beta and omega stories, where no one is a shifter but the job descriptions still match.

Ethan's an omega who goes into heat because of the antics of his crush Nick, who has been coming into the coffee shop where he works. There's only one thing to spoil it, Nick's famous for being famous boyfriend

I won't spoil what happens next but suffice it to say, things get hot under the collar.

I liked it, but it didn't quite work as a ménage for me. Nick/Ethan and Nick/Corey was good, but Corey/Ethan was a little unbelievable. Corey's 180 degree attitude shift towards omegas practically overnight seemed unbelievable. I would have liked it more had it been told in Nicks POV, or alternating between the three.

DNF at 30%. Boringly vanilla when so much more could have happened. (I actually wrote a much better book in my head while I was reading this.)

Enjoyable MMM story, different from anything else I have read recently so that was refreshing. Loved the characters and the story line. Hot chemistry between all three. Reread for sure, and would recommend to all M/M fans looking for a hot read which has a good story going along with it.

I was given an advance copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I had not previously heard of this Author, but once I began to read my advance copy I can say that I was very please I agreed to be a reader.
The book is an M/M romance, my favorite guilty pleasure reading, but more than that it its an M/M/M, Alpha/Omega Mpreg romance. So far ticking all the boxes for late night uninterrupted reading choices. And when the Author bills the novel as steaming, she is not lying! One of the best things about this is the smooth, (obviously well edited), prose and the pitch perfect hot, hot and steamy sex scenes between all the different variations of the 3 main characters.
I won't lie and say that if this book had come across my path some other way I would have picked it solely for its potential steam factor. So I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of world building and character development the Author manages to pack into what is actually a relatively short piece. We get to see the main Omega character interact with not only the Alpha he's fallen for, but also his Alpha's Alpha and all of the drama that entails.
If I had any criticism of this very tightly written piece it is that we have only the vaguest descriptions of what the characters look like. (I didn't have a cover to give me hints of what the Author was thinking). Also that the piece was too short, because I got to the end and I wanted to read more because this was so well done and I was really enjoying it!
I will definitely be checking out this Author's previous works and eagerly anticipating her next venture.

I received a copy of this book free from the author.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this story. Although a good portion of the book does deal with the standard Alpha/Omega heat sex, there actually was a good bit of depth to the characters and story lead up. There is the actual tension of trying to fit a third into an existing relationship. I really liked all of the characters, Casey Cameron does a good job of adding enough description for the characters to feel real without it feeling bogged down.

I'm really hoping for a sequel or at least another story in the same world so I can come back and visit these characters again!

A/B/O with a more realistic world. Heat doesn't turn a character mindless or entirely helpless. The effects of the classifications were more subtle. Alphas could be in a relationship together -- and hey they actually touched each other. Cute characters. Not the most in-depth story but I liked it. Folks reading these need to realize that A/B/O concepts can vary a lot, and are often inspired by wildly creative works starting in fanfiction.

I bought the box set so I read this after Tying the Knot. It seemed a bit shorter (was this the novella?). Story was nice enough but I didn't fall in love.

Its been a long time since I read menage and I thought this one, with the third, taking it in his stride that his mate was drawn to an omega. Said Omega goes into heat and moves in with the couple for a few days.
Within those days, these three men decide that they want to be mates and the omega gets pregnant.
A fair bit of sex in this book, that I feel now I am at a stage where I would rather have more story and off the page sex.

Spoilers ahead.

this wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed it but I have issues with omegas and alphas being hypocritical about their designations. I like AOB books to be traditional, not filled with omegas who are ridiculously stubborn and alphas who "don't want to surrender to their instincts". no thanks.

and I didn't like Ethan's character either. this would've been better if it was just the alphas together.

other than that, this was a nice read.

It is a nice story, the writing is smooth, the characters are solid, also in their development and the setting is interesting. It is pretty easy to read and nice to pass the time. For me it was just a tad bit too predicable and the sex a bit too repeatable but if you like something easy and entertaining go for it.

Needs editing

I did not finish the whole book. I just read the first story. The main characters names are frequently wrong ( is the man's name Robert or Rodger? I'm still not sure). There were also some errors in gender (all of the main characters are male, why is there talk of a girl?)

Ethan and Nick find themselves in an unexpected situation. Corey's reaction is understandable and I love that he is willing to figure out how to make things work for Nick. I actually kind of felt sorry for him at first. I love the way we see things work out for all three men.

Only 3 stars from me on this one. The dynamic just wasn't there for me. It left me feeling wanting for more out of their relationship, it just didn't work fully for me though I did enjoy the concept.

Nick and Ethan had this sizzling passion and Corey was just there.

Would have been better without Corey or if Corey was written better into the throuple, usually it's the last that's added that's an outlier but this time it wasn't how sad.

Sweet triad romance. Plenty of hot scenes, with lots of emotional connection and exploring the Omegaverse with non-conformist Alphas and Omegas.
