Masquerade
Lacey Sharpe doesn’t particularly enjoy mixing with the majority of people she works with, but this Christmas, attendance is not optional. Not when the masquerade party is to introduce her new boss to the company. The boss she’s never met, the boss she screwed in a bar bathroom the night before.
Nate Hayward has been transferred from the US to the UK, and he can’t get the woman he hooked up with his first night in the country out of his head. He didn’t expect to see her at his company’s Christmas party, hiding behind a mask.
Things heat up between them, as Lacey tries to fight the connection between them, but Nate certainly knows how to turn her on.

I really enjoyed this book, but like with a lot of short stories I wanted more. This is a quick steamy read. Imagine the perfect one nightstand. No names, no false promises and no numbers.
Lacey isn’t looking for commitment. Just a good time. Imagine if that good time turns out to be your new boss.
With an office masquerade party in full swing, it’s hard for Lacey to turndown her sexy boss. He’s every sinful dream one guy could be.

This story is tasteful filth from the start and I love it!
Lacey is hard working and professional, but her body betrays her when she tries to be logical about the situation with Nate. It makes for hot and steamy sex scenes. If you're looking for something to give you a pep to your step, this is the short for you.

Well that got a little hot and heavy straight from the start, just how I like it. Hard-working Lacey ends up having a romp in the bathroom the night before her companies big Christmas masquerade party. What she doesn't realise is her quickie was actually with the new boss of the company she works for. She's definitely in for a surprise when that comes to light, and her body betrays her in ways she didn't expect.
Masquerade is a quick, fun, and steamy festive read which I loved from start to finish. I definitely recommend it!

Gentle sensual erotica to get the blood flowing

First I wanna gush about the pretty cover and how it made want to read this book..

wow, what a steamy short story from the start.
Lacey isn't the type of person to socialize with her co-workers she just prefers to do her job, but this Christmas the company has organized a Masquerade Christmas party and attendance was compulsory to meet the new boss from the US that she will be PA to. At least she could hide behind a mask! Little did she know he was the stranger that she had hooked up with the night before in the bathroom of the bar.
As much as she tries to deny that Nate excites her and tries to fight that they have a connection, Nate has other ideas.
This book is centered around Lacy and Nate, before during and after the party. It is a lovely short story that you can read quickly with plenty of sex.

I got this book as an ARC; a perk of being apart of her Facebook group/friend, and I absolutely loved this story. It’s a great read, steamy and makes you want to know more about the characters.

When it says steamy Mich, you're not wrong! Wowsers. Such a great story. One that most people can relate to. It's the first book of yours that I have read although I do own a couple of others. Makes me really want to read them now, if they're anything like this one! Congratulations on this story hun.

I devoured this in one sitting, it was a super short and steamy read. The sex was fab, but equally I enjoyed the plot holding it all together. It was relatable, well written and a really enjoyable read.

Fun little short story after some heavy reads. Really enjoyed how relatable the main character was, if you aren’t her, you know her. As always with these short stories I just want a little bit more I feel like 50 pages isn’t enough.
I’m not really a fan of books that start with a smutty scene either, puts me off a bit, but I’m very glad I read through this one it was a nice little filler.
