Fox's Lair: Twisted Iron MC
Fox: My road name is self-explanatory. Not only does it describe me physically, but also my personality; and I’m damn proud of it. Club life and bedding different women daily is the only way to live. Motorcycles, mayhem, and all things illegal is just the way I like it. Made the decision long ago that I didn’t have the desire to ever claim an old lady and be stuck with one woman for the rest of my life. It might look good on my brothers, but I was certain it never would on me. So, I got myself a loyal companion in the form of man’s best friend. Little did I know that my beloved, and most trusted partner in crime would lead me straight to my downfall; Novalee. She’s not just any woman, either. During the day she’s referred to as Doctor Porter. That woman’s mere presence threatens to conjure something deep inside me that I was certain I was incapable of having; which makes her dangerous. She’s a treasure to be had and claiming Novalee would only place her permanently in harm's way. I’ve done my best to avoid allowing myself to completely fall for her. But sometimes I question if I’m being honest with myself about what she’s stirred up inside me. An unexpected turn of events changes both of our lives forever, and now I only hope I don’t live out the rest of my days with regrets. Have my actions, or lack thereof inadvertently placed her in immediate danger? Blood has been shed, and during this, a life taken was the ultimate price.
Novalee: I’ll never forget the day I first looked into the depth of those ocean blues, and allowed myself to drown. One look at Fox and I had not a single care that he was a known member of the notorious Twisted Iron MC. Sure we live in a small town and people talk. But my profession and reputation far precede any gossip formed from the loose-lipped old biddies in this community. My eyes were set on the prize in the form of one tall, dark blonde-headed, chiseled, work of human art. I’m friends with some of the old ladies from his club. So, his history with women is no newsflash for me. What I was not expecting, however, was the way my body ached to be near his after one lust-filled encounter. I’ve built an amazing life and legacy for myself. I never expected to crave a man the way that I do Fox. I save animal lives for a living, so it seems silly to fantasize about. That is, of course, until my life ends up being the one needing to be saved. All I want is everything I’ve worked so hard for. The moment I get close to having my heart’s desire, becomes the moment my very existence begins to race against the clock. This can’t be how it ends, can it?

I love creating behind the scenes with my writing getting to use my imagination and write the story as it comes to me. I Can't Really Understand How an Author Could Think Any Woman Would Find this piece of a Pig Attracting ????? An excuse for a man with a disease transmitter written on his forehead ?! It's disgusting even to think, and I can't imagine any woman wanting to come down so low that she has sex in the same room where he was with thousands of other women. Or have sex the same night he was getting a blowjob from another woman. And the worst? !!!!!! NO FUCK CONDOM !!!!!! This is what women have been reduced by the authors today. Objects without brain and without the minimum of self preservation. Expect nothing, nothing, but nooooooooooothing new in this book. Originality is certainly a rarity nowadays. But if the author would like the people who wasted their precious time reading this crap to be disgusted. THAT they got it

Another great book. I'm definitely going to check out more of this authors books very soon. This is Fox and Novalee's book.
Fox is a big ladies man as you can probably tell by his road name. He's used to women falling at his feet for a chance of a night in his bed. He's never had to go after a woman.
Nova is a veterinarian and the only local one. She takes care of several of the MC members fur babies including Fox's dog. He makes up every excuse to bring his dog into see Nova at least once a week. He can't understand why she hasn't come on to him yet. Nova is good at her job and loves it. She is also beautiful and used to men begging her to go out with her. She can't figure out why Fox hasn't asked her out yet especially since she has been told he is interested.
Nova is very upset when she looses a patient especially when she told the owner of said dog that the dog was too old for the surgery it needs. That's the only problem I had with the story. She as a vet as a right to say no... I refuse to operate but if she did that the suspense wouldn't be in the book.

Yes Fox is a man whore, he's a man child, he's full of himself in fact if his head gets any bigger he won't fit through the door but I can't help but love him because he is absolutely hilarious. The whole dialogue about his dog Prissy had me lol. If a man loves his dog that much he can't be that bad can he? This is how it usually happens for men like him that are used to woman falling at their feet - it takes the one that doesn't give them the time of day that gets them thinking and taking action. Love Nova also, she's strong, takes no shit and is perfect for Fox - also she's a vet and loves animals so that puts her high on the respect list for me.

Well, I gave this one and honest try and I just could not get into it. I liked Novalee just fine, but Fix was a mass. I could not relate to him at all.
I ended up skipping around and finally just gave up on this one.

Fox does not need any introduction with his road name from Twisted Iron MC. He has no shame that he prefers not to be tied down to one woman for the rest of his life, unlike some of his brothers claimed old ladies. Her and Fox has eyes for each other but neither makes a move. They both figure the attraction not mutual. Novalee gets the courage and her a Fox has a steamy short sex session. However, Novalee knows Fox only has a woman once and done with them. She beats him to the punch and leaves his room while he in the bathroom after the deed is done giving himself a pep talk. He is shock that she left his room before he was out of the bathroom. Truth be told he was not done with her yet. However, an incident happens that Novalee finds out that Fox will not put up with any man hitting a women weather it is from grieving or not. She downplays the incident. The Twisted Iron MC does not downplay the incident as well as her friend Aria who works for Novalee and is MC old lady. Novalee (Dr. Porter) had no clue that being vet to some of Twisted Iron MC old ladies’ animals that she is part of the family and has protection. The warning that Fox with his brothers of Twisted Iron MC gives out, ends up putting Novalee in danger. You will not want to miss out and see if Fox finds Novalee in time and makes her his old lady? i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Fox and Novalee. Fox is a member of the Twisted Iron MC and known as being a player. Fox has noticed Novalee around and takes his dog to Novalee for her vet care because all of the MC has her as their vet. Fox is attracted to Novalee, but he doesn't want a relationship, he just wants a night or two with her. Fox can't stop thinking about Novalee and when his little Foz refuses to rise for anyone but the thought of her, he knows he is in trouble. Novalee wants to be with Fox, she knows his reputation and is fine with that, she just doesn't understand why he hasn't made a move on her yet. Novalee decides to take matters into her own hands and get her man. When a man gets rough with Novalee when his dog dies, Fox is furious and wants to find the man and teach him to stay away from his woman, even though he refuses to admit she is his woman. I really loved this story. Fox was funny and immature. You couldn't help but like him, he was loveable, but also had a dark side. Fox never stood a chance with Novalee, he was in love with her and in denial about his feelings. Novalee loved Fox, but she never thought he would change his playboy ways. I loved them together. Great story.

What a great addition to this series. Fox is the perfect man. He is funny, he is sweet, he is loyal, and above all else he is a protector. When he first lays eyes on our sweet and sassy vet Novalee he starts to change his way of thinking. Fox being the player in the club can get any woman he wants has finally found the one woman who can bring him to his knees. Novalee knows exactly who is should I say what type of man Fox is. She has done really well with keeping her true feelings from him. When danger comes knocking on her door all bets are off. Fox removes his gloves steps up and does what he needs to do for his old lady. That's where the real fun begins getting Novalee on the same page. This book has a little bit of everything in it. We get suspense, a little bit of comedy, and let's not forget the hot and spicy time between the sheets....

Fox's Lair is HILARIOUS! I could not put it down. It's sexy, steamy, action packed and so, so funny. You feel every up and down these characters go through and all through their journey you're right there along for the ride. Novalee is the local veterinarian who treats all the animals for Twisted Iron MC including Miss Prissy, Fox's baby. Fox and Nova have the hots for each other but neither of them act on it right away. Aria, assistant to Nova and Club family gives them a little push and when they finally get together the fireworks fly. Trouble comes for Nova and it makes Fox crazy that she's hurt and here comes that beautiful, possessive, overbearing personality that we all love in these alpha men. This group of men and women will go to the end of the earth for each other. What a great read!

I'm what made him sooooo against love and have a gf or wife but he is a player 4 many yrs now until 1 person manages 2 get under his skin. he doesn't know if its a good thing or bad thing but he will figure which way it by the end. Lol when Nova is known for her job as a vet Dr. some people get upset when pets die or sick and that's understandable but what happens 2 her is unacceptable!! Fox will do what it takes 2 keep her safe from everything. At first they both thought about just having a fling but will that b worth it down the line or will they want so much more of each other as in a serious relationship if that's even possible? What r they willing 2 do 2 prove themselves? Read and find out asap. Toward the end is freaking hilarious!! I laughed sooooo damn hard!! Lol could he actually change his way or will he b a player his whole life and alone?

Another hot addition to this series
This is Fox and Novalee's story and I was riveted to my chair till I got to the end. I laughed out loud, cried and fell in love with another couple! I love it when a woman brings a man to his knees and Novalee knocks Fox's legs out from under him! Smitten at first sight! It takes drama and almost loosing her for him to acknowledge his feelings! Can't wait for more of their story and I think Pyro and Shara must have a story too! Trying to patiently wait for next book!

From the minute I picked this book up I couldn't put it down! I laughed, I cried, and my heart was full of joy for Fox and Novalee. I love seeing them with their pets and the conversations with them had me laughing my butt off. The batter between Fox and Nova was great and cute as get out. The banter between them and his brothers and sisters has me laughing as well. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Fox and Nogales and I can't wait to see what happening between Pyro and Shara.

Ahhhhhhhh, once again I am soooo sad when the book is over! I'll have to read it again! Fox and Novalee are quite a pair. He is the man whore of the group and she is a nice vet. However, when these 2 come together, it is total combustion! I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The characters, as always, are engaging and oh so fun to read. The story is fun, sexy and action packed. This is another must read from 2 of my favorite authors!!!

Fox and Nova's book was as funny and entertaining as I expected and more! Fox's "free" spirit, mostly going without clothes whenever he feels like it guaranteed a good time within these pages. Nova's strength and stubbornness helped as well. The banter between them and Fox and the guys is hilarious, the action was intense. I had such a great time with all the folks in Twisted Iron, I didn't want it to end. With that ending I am straight up dying for the next book!

Chemistry is off the charts for these two, these bikers act tough but they're crazy over their women and they love hard. Loved Fox’ Lair... Fox is a man whore whose little fox has quit working for anyone but Nova. Nova is the town vet. She has a filthy mouthed Cockatoo that is hilarious. There is some smexy times, hot alpha goodness, fun twisted iron togetherness and drama.
